I played hearthstone for about 4 months, collected some legendary cards along the way and tried hard in ranked games. However, I have my rank stuck at around 13, despite multiple attempts to adopt decks posted by others. I hope that some kind souls can help me out by providing me a deck that can easily make me to say rank 5.
If you are struggling at rank 13 I think you are underestimating the effort it takes to get to rank 5. Nothing is going to "easily" get you there and pretty much any of the good netdecks can "easily" get you there if you have all the necessary fundamentals but I would suggest you try some variation of warlock zoo or standard ramp or ramp + savage roar combo druid.
Are we talking this season (the next week) or next season (the season where the meta will change every week due to new Naxx releases)? Either way, I think you're asking for something a little difficult, but not undoable. As Nigel_Tea pointed out, your best bets are probably either zoo (the list is already pretty standard for this week's Naxx cards, so you can just find that in the deck database) or a druid roar deck. Despite what some say, however, zoo is not "mindless" and it does take some practice to learn the right plays and, of course, same goes for druid. Unless you're playing A LOT, it'll be hard to both learn the deck AND pilot it to rank 5 in one week--so if you're comfortable with either of those already, use that.
Unlike zoo, Druid doesn't have one agreed upon decklist. Play what you like and what's strong. I am having great success at rank 7 with my current week-one-Naxx token druid.
As I say in the little deck notes if you click on the name, there's nothing special about this list except the double poison seeds. And even the double poison seeds is only in there because I wanted to test it hard, not because I advise people to play two right now unless they're seeing tons of handlock and other fatty-based decks. If I had your cards, I would probably modify my list to fit in some of Ragnaros, Thalnos, Cairne, TBK (with Thalnos and Cairne having the most synergy with the deck as it is, but TBK being a staple in many druid decks and Rag just being a great play the turn before FoN+SR).
I can sense this is a great deck! I think I shall really utilise the Naxx cards in deck building. However, I do not have cenarius, any replacements?
It does play pretty well and so far, I actually have won more games versus zoo than I've lost (I think I'm 4-2 post-naxx with this--one being where I mulled 3 cards and still started with all 4+ cc cards). The MOST important card versus zoo is Nerub'ar Weblord. If you can get it down on turn 1 or 2 and they don't have a soulfire, you have almost guaranteed a win. The vast majority of their deck gets slowed down two turns and you can handle it at that pace by using hero power, wrath, keeper of the grove, etc. I mulligan for Innervate and Weblord and will keep wraths and keepers if I get them (but usually just one of each, you really want that weblord). If you have a lot of trouble against them you can do things like add Mark of the Wild, but I haven't found that necessary yet and I would be afraid of being too weak to silence effects when you know everyone will be running more these days.
As for replacing Cenarius, any of those legends I mentioned in my first post could probably go in the slot well enough. Ragnaros seems the most "finisher-like," but the main finisher is really the SR + FoN combo, with the rest of the deck establishing board position and advantage until then.If I had your cards, I think I would go: -1 Haunted Creeper, -1 Cenarius, -1 Poison Seeds, +1 Thalnos, +1 Cairne, +1 Ragnaros, but I encourage you to use the list more as a jumping off point than a bible. I'll certainly be changing my list when new cards come out and when the meta shifts.
Well I didn't said, "Legendaries will get someone to Legend" I said, "It might not a problem a problem for him" But it true some top deck don't have any Legendary and still can get to legend. It depend on players's skills :)

Basically I have almost all epic and below cards. For my legendaries, I have Archmage Antonidas, Prophet Velen, Lord Jaraxxus, Bloodmage Thalnos, Card Name, Nat Pagle, King Mukla, Leeroy Jenkins, Cairne Bloodhoof, Hogger, Maexxna, The Beast, Sylvanas Windrunner, The Black Knight, Baron Geddon, Ragnaros the Firelord, Alexstrasza and lastly Malygos. So could anyone provide me with a solid deck capable of competing in the current meta? Thank you!

Brawl wrecks me 100% of the time.
You are probably right. It is frustrating to get stuck at certain ranks, but I definitely need to continue trying harder...
Indeed I encountered many zoolock players that defeat me, but I am still weak in building my zoolock deck. Any suggestions?

Wow! With that many Legendaries. Get to Legend this season might not a problem for you! So far, what class have you try?

You should check this thread if you want to learn more about this particular version of token druid: http://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/class-discussion/druid/15416-naxx-spiders-token-druid

This.
I hope it's sarcasm.
Anyway I would try a Ladder Taunt Druid :)
My comment.
Not mean sarcasm, but admire.

Yeah like zoo! Something the OP should try, Ja?
Thank you so much Decktech! I am gonna try your recommended deck in the meta now!
i was stuck at around rank 14-15 with midrange mage deck for a while
i changed style to aggro mage....climbed to rank 5 now effortlessly...
have 0 legendary cept the one gained from naxx...dont even use it...
bloodmage is one of the best legendaries...it can be incorporated into most decks
aggro decks seem to climb the fastest, go try make one and see for yourself
