"Whenever a player draws a card, the other player draws two cards".
On the other hand, I'd suggest changing the art and naming of the card. That's up to you though
Thank you!
Why to change the name and the art? Something about the lore?
The name doesn't have a nice ring to it in my opinion. Names like, for example, Loremaster Cho have a bigger rimpact. You could do something related to lore as well. Again, it's really up to you though.

I think ill stay with it because of this special place that Cho have in my heart.
This is an older card I've had that I've submitted in the past that works for this. If this doesn't work, I think I'll just skip this competition, or just go with Ancestral Visions.
The reason it draws until they have 9 and not 10, is so you don't guarantee your opponent a mill (which you would if it was 10). I'm pretty sure I made this card before MSoG. I might've even made it before Karazhan, I don't remember.

What happens if your opponent also has a copy of this Cho? Wouldn't that result in both players instantly drawing their entire decks and fatiguing to death? You should probably put in something stating that Cho cannot trigger off another Cho (or himself, for that matter) to prevent this.
Anyway, here is my idea:
This card can give rogue potentially unlimited draw if you can get this guy to survive...which isn't too likely
I was thinking of making him cost 4, but only drawing 1, but that seems a bit too close to Gnomish Inventor, yet it would also increase his chance of surviving a turn. Should I stick with my main version or use that alternative?
Tamed Cougar: 3 mana 2/3 - Draw a card is pretty good and a 'beast only' Power of the wild isn't too bad either; gives early and late game options. I like it.
To Draw or not to Draw: Firstly the name is too long. Maybe "Draw or not" or "Draw Roulette" something shorter. The idea is a clever Mill card but it seems a little clunky. Also a slight grammatical error. '...cards are Draw(n)'. I think 15 is too much. Maybe 10, for 6 mana..
Thanks for the feedback and for suggesting a short name for my Rogue card.
For your card: Hallowed Ritual
It's a good idea but it probably wouldn't see play as a spell. Barnes is much better at pulling out combos or hitting big minions if you make your deck around Barnes. Also, does the 1/1 minion become a full minion(with full stats) on silencing similar to silencing the token generated by Barnes?
I wonder if it's better to wait for the second page to post one's card, given how none of the page 1 entries from last week went through... What was the formula that resulted in no one on page 1 going to the finals anyway? I thought the end result relied on the percentage of total votes on the page, so the largest number of total votes should've gone through, right?
Right card, though the first option seems kinda useless. If you just want a 2-Mana cycle, Wrath or maybe even Novice Engineer would be better, unless you plan on buffing it, but then you may as well take the Deathrattle. The wrong card left card is alright though not terribly interesting, and the name gets the flavor across but isn't that appealing
@arpitdualist: Tamed Cougar is great. I would even advocate for it to give ALL other friendly minions +1/+1. It would require too much effort elseway.
@Vestal Virgin: I really want to write something here. I don't really find it that interesting, but i can't really find the cause for it.
Thanks for the feedback.
Here's the feedback on your cards:
Track Murlocs:Small-Time Recruits draws three 1-cost minions and Murlocs>1-cost minions. So, this card is overpowered than Small Time Recruits especially in a class that doesn't get much card draw and Track Murlocs draws a particular tribe of card. Should probably cost 4. Also, this card does not fit in any Hunter decks.
Call of the Ancients: Nice card for Ramp Druid and Quest Druid. But, this works wonders in Jade Druid. The only 8+ cost minions Jade Druid plays is Primordial Drake and this can fetch it out. Also, some variants(including me) play Yogg-Saron. So, this can get your last hope to your hand. It's difficult to make space for another spell in Jade Druid. Probably a Nourish could be cut for this. Nice card. Also, the anti synergy with Hemet, Jungle Hunter is funny.
Thirst For Power: Why will Warlock play Card Draw 'Spell' with a negative effect when it has got its Hero Power?
The best card out of these three is Call of the Ancients
Tamed Cougar: 3 mana 2/3 - Draw a card is pretty good and a 'beast only' Power of the wild isn't too bad either; gives early and late game options. I like it.

I understand about but given Radiant Elemental exists it means it can be a 1-mana Draw (and possibly get a 1/1). Yeah the 1/1 would have full stats when silenced like any Barnes pull.
I can see it working in silence priest, Draw and Summon is a big part of that...(in case people are wondering about my card i'll post it below, with a fixed comma).
Synergies with Deathrattle, Silence and Combo archetypes. Similar to Call Pet and Herald Volazj. Simple yet can be fairly overpowered when RNG hits correctly.
I don't really like cards like these because they just depend too much on RNG. This generally results in the card sucking in some instances, and being really powerful in others. Call Pet for example, st either complete garbage or super powerful depending on what you draw, but unlike Call Pet which could give you a massive benefit, this just gives you a 1/1 minion. For the draw, you'd rather just run Power Word: Shield (or Purify in Silence Priest), and for the 1/1 minion, you'd rather just run Mirage Caller.

I think it's too weak. Unless you Shadowstep it right away, which would result in a tempo loss, it'll die on your opponent's next turn a pretty big amount of the time, which in the end would just result in a 6 mana 3/2 that drew 2 cards, which even for a Neutral Common, would be too weak. As a class Legendary, it's even worse.
Also, the Battlecry should be written after the trigger effect.

Here's what I came up with. I'm not 100% on the balance, and any feedback is appreciated.
Dark thoughts is great. A brilliant Discolock card, amazingly balanced.
I just don't like the feel of Alley overlord. I get that its an investment type card but its power level is pretty low. Doesn't really have a lot of flavor either; sorry. I much prefer Dark Thoughts.
What about this one? Could be fun in a fatigue deck or a better Loot Hoarder when played correctly. Got the idea from Winter's Veil Gift
Plus Diablo references :D
Change the art to an actual Goblin and you're pretty much set. However, I'm not sure if "Current" is the right word... I mean it doesn't 'feel' right. Maybe "Deathrattle: Draw a card for whoever's turn it is." Ugh, not sure I can come up with the right wording for it either...
@Doomedspeed "Draw a card. If it's a minion, summon a 1/1 copy of it." would be the right wording. Good flavour and balance otherwise. Maybe make it part of the Old Gods set for additional flavour, as in "This could've been in that set but it wasn't".
@TheProgenitor Alley Overlord is -somewhat- underpowered, simply because you net your opponent an additional card, and that's usually one mana. The Battlecry vs. Deathrattle is worth like 1/2 mana, so I'd up him to a 4/6 or a 3/7. The discard one is "good" but it's not exciting.

Winter's Veil Gift has pretty much the same trigger condition and uses the word "current". I think the current wording is correct.

So Dragonkin Sensei is a bit OP. Esp. in Dragon Paladin. The fact that it itself is a Dragon makes it even more OP.
Ancestral Visions is good but... It's very 'pedestrian' i.e. it hasn't got much character as an interesting card. Sure, I would play it, but people play Arcane Intellect, Sprint, Ancestral Knowledge... They aren't very compelling.
So Zeradin is basically what you should submit. It's got an interesting effect, especially because you're playing it out of your hand and drawing at least one card for yourself. Very, very useful when your opponent has card advantage.

Thank you. Do you think I should change the stats or the cost, or do you think its fine as is?

The version on the right is not intended for balance. It's simply just an MTG joke.
