I've been on a loss streak with control warrior even doing everything right everything just counters this deck at this rank. When I switched to quest paladin I made it to rank 4 with ease. Is control warrior slipping out the meta?

Love is pain but I'll endure that pain if that's what it takes. 🖤
I'm always happy whenever I see my opponent is control warrior. It almost doesn't matter what I'm playing, they're probably going to lose. It just doesn't feel like it's very good right now.
I think I have a winstreak of like 65 to 70% against control warrior. However, 9 out of the last 10 games were against control warrior and it makes me sick.
It's anti play style. The games take so incredibly long... Just remove everything and build up armor until you get Boom. Same thing every game.
I love it whenever my opponent plays a control style deck. Hearthstone has enough agro as it is, the meta has favored agro for so long in the past that I can't stand those fast face race decks. Choices you make against a control deck are so much more significant than against a midrange or agro deck and games actually take a normal amount of time.

Perhaps have a look at the list you are running and see if there are any major (or minor) differences. And compare to some on HSReplay that also have high win rates. If that fails, consider your plays and mulligans etc, and especially your deck knowledge (for when to play board clears etc).

What I mean with anti play is not trying to actually kill the other hero but just stalling and removing minions with no other purpose than that. That's also the reason why I just hated mill rogue back in the days. I realise that's all part of the game but I simply hate that playstyle. Just my personal opinion.
I won 7/10 with control warrior and i beat them all before i even went below 10 cards left for drawing and in only 1 of those games i had 10+ armor, so don`t know what you`re talking about...You use removal early game, until you buff your taunts and start to push after round 7-8, which is normal, as this is not an aggro where goal is to kill your opponent in first 5-6 rounds...
On rank 5 eu I encountered the same thing. A lot of greedy Control/combo decks who seem to be aimed to beat Warrior.( I don’t even know what a prominent aggro deck would be, is MechHunter still a thing? ) Control- Priest Mage Paladin and even MechaTuhn Rouge... My guess is because these decks aren’t super strong they climb very slowly .
To OP i can say , those pocket-metas aren’t anything unusual, they can change on daily basis.
I made a pretty sick miracle rogue with the new Whirlkick Master card and I just get a big Edwin or Questing Adventurer before they get armor or 10 mana for Shield Slam or Omega Devistator.

Anti-play? Really? Not in my Big Minion CW deck in my signature, the goal is to survive until late game and then drop down the big minions as your win condition. That's not anti-play, by design, the risk vs. reward of the deck dictates a late game strategy otherwise you would be bitching about how I cheated out big minions in early to mid game.
Control Warrior is still a top tier deck by most metrics available. But it has competition/counterplay now, where it didn't really have it before. Sometimes, it's just about your current pocket meta. If it's pretty hostile to control warrior, maybe switch it up?

I did 8 win with control warrior in the brawliseum
Is the op trolling or just new to the game? :/
The answer to all your doubts will always be
what? what the hell is anti play style?

According to the metabomb Tier List for August, Control Warrior is currently still Tier 1:

If you are consistently losing to anything besides Quest Paladin as Control Warrior in 2019 you need to review your play.
I went 11, 10 and 9 wins in Brawliseum with Control Warrior. Without any tryharden.
Guess it´s fine ...
CW definitely has not fallen off the face of the map, in fact the Taunt archetype sees more play than Bomb and regular Control now.
Post the decklist you're using and a few replays and we might be able to help you out.

He’s not completely wrong tho.

Only Token Druid and Mech-focused decks beat it.
This space is intentionally blank.
I'm outvauling control Warrior badly with quest Tess Rogue. Tess and King Togwaggle Scheme it's gg.
^
Is that casual mode? I don't see a rank in that play.
