How does this work with battlecries that require you to target something? Is multiple targeting finally a thing?
I got 2 beasts in my sights?
I guess it just tries to target the same minion twice.
Very likely that you will click one minion and it will do the effect and the red arrow will stay there and you can click another minion. If this doesn't work on targetable battlecries then it is garbage.
This would make the effect useless on a lot of useful battlecries, you will definitely be able to target twice.
Disagree. Effects that would be moot with it will be moot with it i.e. BGH. There are already plenty of Battlecries that will be redundant with this; to suggest an entire overhaul of the UI for this one card seems less likely than to believe it'll just negate the 2nd effect.
EDIT: Cards like Harrison JonesEadric the PureLord Jaraxxus etc. would have 0 impact even if "choose new targets" - to suggest thjat because this won't combo with BGH means this has to indicate a new UI change seems unlikely.

What is there to overhaul? Instead of the target arrow disappearing after you click, it stays on board allowing you to click again. This isn't exactly difficult.

Because there isn't a single card in the game which allows you to CHOOSE more than 1 target. That means it's likely not coded. That means there'll be new UI as in "now I've locked this one in and then choose again". It's unlikely it means that as it flies in the face of all precedent in card design where if an effect hits more than 1 target but not "the whole board" or "Adjacent minions" it's random - see Forked Lightning see Dark Bargain see Multi-Shot. It'd be a fundamental design change to allow "Pick two targets."

Combos on-top of my head:
T10, Dr. Boom (summons 4 boom bots)
T9 Fire Elemental (Deal 6 damage)
T8 Blackwing Corruptor (same as above, if you have a dragon ofcourse)
T7 Houndmaster (Taunt +4/+4)
T9 Cabal Shadow Priest (steal 2 minions?)
And much much more.

Will be insane! but you can't build a full deck around him cause he is a 1 of
This is awesome! I want to use Nefarian with him in the board. :)

Brann + Mistcaller, super Shaman value
One of the few interesting, viable cards I've seen so far from this expansion. It's got everything I look for in a Hearthstone card:
Must say that I have been waiting for a card that does exactly this. Essentially a Baron Rivendare for Battlecry, I like it.
Iron Juggernaut meta incoming!
Fireguard, arrgus, azure, mistcaller, fire ele, nep, boom. This will be pretty good in control shamans =) sadly doesn't work with healing wave.
Surprise!
.... Twightlight Drake...
It does have a decent body by vanilla hearthstone standards. Can be played on curve vs. aggro and kept in hand later for combos in control match ups.
Can be disgusting with:
There are several different cards too which make him really good. I wonder how it would interact with Twilight Drake. Does it get the health twice?
