I will copy-paste this, with a few extra comments, from other posts (in case you missed it, which you shouldn't if you've googled a bit for Mukla): after months of trying to use him, mainly in midrange hunter, I finally dusted him... I loved the card but it created more problems than the 5/5 3 mana beast it presented. That's what my research (here, on the official forum and on Reddit) also indicated.
I really needed the dust, plus Hunter is not that appealing to me anymore, plus I didn't want having an extra reason to worry for negating the use of the bananas (through for example a successful Freezing Trap) or for playing him at the late game and seeing the bananas trigger Rogue combos, Archmage Antonidas fireballs, small minion buffs or tempo mage damage. I also never played mill of any kind, and normally don't expect to. You can also try to mill the opponent a bit and use Divine Favor as a paladin, but it's still problematic.
As far as Druid is concerned, he can be useful in an aggressive beast deck (not ramp at all, as I see it), but I believe it creates more problems than the ones it solves. Fun card but if you want him out with Innervate, the chances of making that best use of him are pretty slim (since you can only have one copy). Mill druid can also work with it, but it's a strange, situational and difficult deck to play.
Using him as a beast really doesn't work, hunters have other options at 3 mana and druids do as well.
I've really only used him in mill decks, specifically mill rogue. Perhaps he can work in mill druid too though, although i think that deck is less consistent overall.
Way back in the day, he was popular in face hunter. With hunter's mark/deadly shot/freezing trap you didn't really care if your opponent buffed their minions.

I think maybe ramp and token druid, since a turn 1 innervate mukla would be pretty sweet. Any others, though?

Yeah tempo rouge has been dead for a very long time. Thanks Blizzard btw.
Erm... I've seen it used in a Druid Beast deck (turn one Innervate) fairly well, and a Priest Deck based on silences. Aside from that? Nope.
