What is with all the hype of trading with Shredder???? After your 3/2 dies, they will still have another 2 drop to deal with. Instant card advantage for the player who played shredder.
i really like how blizzard gives the choices on druid cards, i feel like more classes should have cards like that, really adds to the play level of the game. either a 3/2 stealth or a 2/1 charge very good for early trades.
as well if emperor hits any of the FoN + roar combo or this card you can play this card as a 4th 'tree'

And then you play your own Shredder, let them deal with that
Why the hell do all the people talk about the viability of some kind of "beast druid". There is ONE (mediocre) card, that gains a benefit from playing beasts as a druid. How should it be good to build a whole druid deck around beasts just because of one not so good card, that has zero potential as a win condition? This is just as stupid as is gets...

Yeah, but after their Shredder dies you play yours and they only have the 2 drop and if their 2 drop kills your Schredder you still have your 2 drop. So who's got the advantage?
Wild Growth isn't going to be replaced. Druids will most likely run double Darnassus Aspirants however as its super threatening and having effectively "4 Wild Growths" (not quite) in a druid deck makes it much more consistent. This card is also going to be run as it lets Druids punish Mages with Mirror Entity which normally give them a lot of trouble as well as Midrange Hunters with Freezing Trap
"After you deal with Piloted Shredder you can play you turn normally. Like, drop your card, spend your mana, use your other creatures you played on other turns. What this card means is that you can can *kinda* use your mana from turn 2 to play a Darkbomb on turn 4."
Exactly...u have to use another CARD to deal with the Shredder remains...2 for 1..yay.....card advantage....period.
What I've seen so far from the druid cards, they are trying to push an archetype that uses minions instead of the current ramp elements for the early game. I wouldn't be surprised if a new deck arises that uses the Darnassus Aspirant instead of Wild Growth and aims for a more aggressive early game to gain and maintain tempo. Maybe even using Druid of the Fang like Shaman currently uses Fel Reaver. But yeah, hahaha, very funny hearthpwn.

Darnassus Aspirant only provides temporary ramp so it can't replace Wild Growth in current decks. Rather it provides Druid with a way to stem the early game aggression and find the space to play Wild Growth in order to permanently lock in the mana crystals. However perhaps in a deck which has slightly less ramp focus it could replace wild growth. Maybe only getting 1 or 2 turns of extra mana is worth cutting Wild Growth for in a brand new deck.

1. No, Aspirant is not going to replace Wild Growth. That's daft.
2. If Beast Druid DOES become a thing, this could be a great card. I don't think it's there yet, we need a few more cards to round it out as an archetype but they can't just drop loads at once and neglect every other form of Druid. If not now then in 1-2 more expansions Beast Druid will be viable and be gifted a win condition (though surely you can run a Beast-Combo Druid anyway)

decent card IMO.
Can't say if druid can use this but its strenght is clearly in the versatility.. Not in its stats
Who can take your trash out?
Stomp it down for you?
Shake the plastic bag
and do the twisty thingy, too?
And then you play your own Shredder, let them deal with that
On a minion with stealth, Attack is generally better than Health because you can keep it stealthed and then trade up since they cant remove it.
Another bad drop from Piloted Shredder

I really feel like aggro druid is supposed to be a thing now. This and darnassus make me want to build aggro druid
I Designed A Card This Week
I think Blizzard is trying to make Aggro Beast Druid a thing. This might help it along.

3. People are dumb.
too many two drops^^
Another example of a power creep since Dr Boom, strictly better than bluegil warrior.

It's a class card, it's meant to be stronger than a neutral - it's ALWAYS been that way.
