Alright. I am like a lot of you in that when a new expansion comes out, I want to kill off as many of the achievements as possible to help my progress on the rewards track. When I got to Paladin, I was irritated because two of them are less then fun. And I figured that when it came to Prismatic Beam, it was going to be an arduous P.I.T.A.
That being said, I threw together a Silver Hand Rise to the Occasion deck in hopes that I could toss this in there... and it has been owning the face out of Pirate Rogue and Druid Swarm decks. Even though, Order in the Court kicked to the groin and you can't draw a card after... I cannot count the number of times that they had a pretty full board and I dropped Prismatic Beam for 3 or less to wipe them.
I had to share this because it's awesome with so many swarm decks grinding out the last few ranks before the season is done. You guys gotta try this card. It's not like my deck is well built, but the fact that you can fire off Rise to the Occasion really quickly, and then reset your opponent's board fast with Prismatic Beam, and even make some of your health back by including a Deputization Aura, it super easy to get this accomplishment. Just wanted to share.
Paladin can easily swarm a board. So its pretty easy for them to use Prismatic Beam. - cheap since they always can easily put sticky minions on the board. - deal 3 damage to enemy minions (while their minions take no damage).
I would even argue it makes an overpowered class even more powerful. I hope it gets nerfed in the next round.

Prismatic beam doesn't get discounted by your own minions. Only by enemy minions. Reading cards is important.
Prismatic Beam should not deal damage to the enemy hero tbh, only enemy minions is enough. I don't want them to design cards such that fast Aggro Paladin decks can take advantage while they are already strong
