I'm also a big fan of this card, the 3 drops got a lot better in the game between this and Spider Tank, it's actually a hard decision in Zoo between this, Spider Tank and Argent Crusader.
I could actually see an ogre deck being pretty good. Just completely overpower the opponent with these threats may be enough. A literal beat-down style.
What happens when Ogre Brute attacks a minion with taunt? Does he have a 50% chance of hitting another minion, even if that minion does not have taunt? What an interesting way to hit the minions your opponent is trying to protect with a taunt card. {Edited to spell 'minion' correctly. Thanks, Snow-King.}
What happens when Ogre Brute attacks a minyan with taunt? Does he have a 50% chance of hitting another minyan, even if that minyan does not have taunt? What an interesting way to hit the minyans your opponent is trying to protect with a taunt card.
Minyans? lol
Yes, if he rolls the 50% random, he can attack any minion, including ones behind taunt or with stealth.
Now this is a card I can get behind! Literally so he doesn't accidentally hit me. I like this card a lot more than the other ogres for some reason.
I like it. It's Dancing Swords with downside that is containable and won't lose you the game.

Fun Fact! (Just tested 18th Dec, didn't see any info about this elsewhere so putting it here)
The Miss mechanic also allows you to avoid Noble Sacrifice as the order of events seems to be
#1 - Ogre commanded to attack
#2 - Noble Sacrifice triggers, spawning the 2/1 Defender and forcing the Ogre to attack it
#3 - Ogre rolls for Miss, if miss triggers it goes and swings at something that's NOT the Noble Defender
It's basically a 50% chance to avoid Noble Sacrifice
Killing a blood imp with this is so satisfying :D
