Looks okish to me. If they can’t kill it on turn 3 they save some kind of silence and remove 2 cards for one.
A defensive 3 drop that has to be combined with a spell ... not sure. I’ll say Stonehill is the better standalone card. But maybe in a deck with Lynessa this cold be good.
The main reason it’s only okish to me is that against aggro you need taunt now. ( Like others said Tarcreeper would be the better option) And against Control, Warlock has Rin and an amazing Heropower. And Mages have Polymorph and probably an even better Heropower.
In what world are people calling this card bad? Pala has such an easy time buffing minions... This minion with taunt and lifesteal for just 3 mana is very good!!| What makes this card so good is that it's not a battlecry. So you can buff it after you play it and still benefit.
Kinda a weird card - this is an aura effect, not a battlecry one. It will be kinda strange to me how she will lose and gain those attributes (Goblin Sapper makes a lot more sense).
Don't get me wrong, this is a pretty good card and i very much like it.
But i've read a handful of comments all saying this is something incredible with buffs, like a 5/5 for 4 mana with the +3 buff. All those people seem to have forgotten that Wickerflame Burnbristle already exist and is basically exactly this card, but with the effect already active, and divine shield instead of 3 health. If 2 heatlh + divine shield is weaker than 5 health against very small minions and pings, it is generally better in midgame with medium-sized minions (think 2 murlocs buffed by Murloc Warleader, 2 zoolock minions even like just 2 Blood Imp) and is also strictly better against a big drop. These pros and cons of each statline make the 2 cards on the same powerlevel IF Paragon of Light had the effect right away, which in fact makes burnbristle the best card. So all those buff shenanigans were all already possible with Wickerflame Burnbristle and control paladin is not even playing it anymore, and he has never proved to be hella broken with lots of buffs anyway, not even mentioning all those handbuffs that are here now and are going away.
So don't count on setting up a really big Paragon of Light, it will mostly just be played to be slightly buffed early and get a already bigass enough taunt on turn 3, 5 or 5. Even a simple tick of Sword of Justice makes it a Water Elemental DK-ed with thaunt for 3 mana which is insane in early game.
Would've been interesting to see if this card could make hand buffs competitive. In Standard, it will definitely find its place in Quest Paladin. Maybe even in Aggro Paladin since it already runs Kings and Wolf, it would fit right there with minimal changes to the deck.
It may only be a rare but this is a pretty good card to finish the reveal season with as we await the final card dump today. By itself, the stats are pretty decent. But the potential effect is amazing. There are so many options to boost the attack by one so it gets taunt and lifesteal. It looks like it can fit in practically every paladin deck (murloc paly being the exception). This looks like a very good card.
the problem is that the requirement doesnt fit the benefit. aggro doesnt care about lifesteal and taunt and control will not play wolf or keleseth just for this card
kisses are a better fate than wisdom
Tar Creeper is better, bnevolent Djin and Lonesome Champion are better too. Wont see play due to too many good options on turn 3.

Pretty good addition to quest/control paladin, could even make it a viable deck.
In quest Paladin, every minion is a soft taunt since people try to prevent the infamous turn 6 steed buff on a existing minion.

3 mana 2/5 with a busted effect are you kidding me ? NERF ALREADY

If I hit this with pint-size potion in wild does the taunt and lifeseal just vanish?
That would be interesting to see.
Great card, now i hope to see some healing stuff for the rest of the cards. Paladin needs some healing now we lose so much.
Well i dont see this card in some good way.Burnbristle already exists and seems much better .
Do it or do not , there is no try...
Well sure it is, it's a Legendary....... That's moving over to Wild.
I like the card, I'll definitely try it in a "keleseth midrange Pally" maybe with dragons.
Quick thought though, given that this is not a "gain an ability at battlecry" I'm wondering how this works with Corpsetaker 🤔

The card is good, but the wording is very bad.
Wow now that's a card!
Will work well in my Quest & Aggro decks.
And also maybe The Glass Knight is not The Dust Knight!

I think this is a great card, on it's own it is very meh but in the right deck - I can see potential here.
