I'm thinking you play Druid and then a deck full of card draw and maybe swipe and starfall. Maybe even ultimate infestation. Play oracles and all that. Then when you draw him you play both naturalizes (if they're at 8 then only one) and then you play togwaggle. You'll probably have draw in you hand too, so even though your opponent's hand will be better they'll only have a deck full of draw and you'll have an actual deck. Fullproof

A guy on reddit cracked the code for this one. Make a deck that consists of removal and draw, Geist, explore ungoro and Waggle. You play Waggle and then Explore Ungoro on the same turn, so now your opponent would think twice whether they want to pay the ransome, and risk getting Geisted, or continue playing with your deck that has no real win condition. Top level memery!
I see this effect not as a swap decks but make your oppodent play 5 mana. In turn 8 while the oppodent is waiting to play lich king and such powerful minions, you play togwaggle and boom randsom card he has 3 mana left, plays either a small minion, spell or just hero powers end turn. While you have a 5 5 on the board. Just i case the oppodent doesnt play it you run through his cards(draw) and use theirs against them. I wouldnt craft this card...EVER.Yet if I had it I wouldnt dust it either. Think about a curse of rafaam except if the oppodent doesnt play it hes dead.
Not to mention the ''I give you shitty deck lol'' combos..
There's an outside chance togwaggle into novice engineer or coin+ one of the many three-mana draw options is good enough tech against infinite jade/dead man's hand decks, but I doubt it. I don't really see much other use for it.
Gonna be honest this card is Memey and I love it. It's probably not gonna be played.... but I do see potential, and not in the way that others have stated with the intentionally made bad decks. I can see theoretically that this could screw around with certain combo decks such as Quest Mage and the like, you would wind up drawing the pieces that your opponent needed. But like I said that's only in theory and the golden scenario, in reality I don't think it'll really work. I do think this card is actually playable though, having to spend 5 mana just to get your deck back is a pretty interesting price to pay especially for certain decks. I do think there will be some slight experimentation with this card when the expansion hits and I do think there will be quite a few joke decks made around this card, but other than that the card's okay. Playable but nothing more than that.
I don't understand the text guys... give "them" a ramson spell... are "them" the decks so the opponent need to draw the ramson spell or the king will put the spell in the opponent's hand? it seems the 1st option for me. And why plural? so the spell goes in the 2 decks not only the deck of my opponent? someone explain me please

It will never be in a tourney deck, unless that person wants to lose.

Unless you build a deck that can force your opponent to burn the Randsom card this card is just a bad joke...I'm sure there's something we're missing.
I imagine that there will be some dank shenanigans decks built around this but I'm not sure what they are yet.
I'm crossing my fingers not to pack this garbage.
Step 1: Use priest cards to copy your opponents cards/deck (thoughsteal, benedictus, etc)
Step 2: give them back?
Rip Rafaam's unique battlecry! :(
Maybe it's a good option for some aggro decks vs control decks... Idk kev

OMG LOL ILL MAKE A BAD DECK AND SWAP IT KEK .... no they will just swap it back the next turn ... 400 dust card
8 mana 5/5 "Burn 5 mana crystals to your opponent next turn". Wow what a great card can't wait to dust it.
I'm sitting on a pile of dust and i really don't have the need to craft anything. Then this appears
This + hemet = meme
