Definitely not. Way too early to know if any jade deck will be competitive, and she will only be good in jade decks. Useless in any other type of deck.
I think the warrior legendary may be the safest of this set, regardless of the sets that rotate out in a few months, dropping a 2/2 and getting +1 attack for all your weapons is incredible. 2x war axe is a staple, just that is enough for great value.
Been playing Jade Shaman since MSG release fantastic deck, Aya Blackpaw so good I crafted her golden worth every bit of dust :D
I did the exact same. Fantastic card in jade decks. Jade shaman I think has the most likelihood to surviving the longest because jade can be easily integrated with both mid range and control variants of shaman.
It's exactly like Twin Emperor Vek'lor that was great and mandatory in C'Thun Druid, that everyone played after the release of WotG, but in the end everybody realised it was not such a good deck.
Right now everybody is playing Jade Druid, and Aya Blackpaw is great and mandatory in it. But I highly suspect that in the end this deck will end up Tier 2 or 3 like C'Thun Druid and everybody will play OP shit like Midrange Shaman again. Then you would regret spending your dust on it (many of my friends did).
I like playing Jade Druid too but I didn't unpacked Aya Blackpaw yet, I replaced her with a Gadgetzan Auctioneer and am doing well so far. If Jade Druid is still good and fun in 3 weeks, I'll probably craft her.
I crafted Kazakus and I'm absolutely not regretting it right now. I'm at 6-0 streak with a Kazakus Renolock right now and I won 4 of these matches just because Kazakus.
I know everyone is going to disagree with me, but imo Jade Druid is actually stronger without Aya since you're winning against control anyway, and she doesn't help you at all against faster Midrange,Combo and Aggro, which are your weak points.
Jade rogue is said to be a good deck and definitely needs her, but imo it's too soon to really tell.
All in all, I would wait a bit for crafting her, and only if you want to play Jade rogue.
I'd say it's too early to tell. If you're main point is being competitive, you should wait at least a month.
Also, with the next rotation in 4 months or so, the meta should shift again a lot. Jade Rogue will be dead in standard (the only reason it works resonnably well (60+ % winrate from rank 20 to 12) is Raptor), and a new expansion will potentially turn everything upside down again.
So wait meta to settle and if warrior really happens to dominate ladder, just don't craft her.
I think Reno decks will suffer a much worse hit than Jade golens, the problem is if control decks become so weaker agressive decks will be 8 in each 10 games and jade decks sucks vs agressive decks.
Pirate decks don't will lose anything in rotation, so, shaman midrange gone, highlander decks more weak, unless the new expansion give some awesome stuff vs aggro will see only pirate vs pirate matchs...
I think she's a must in any jade deck, and I don't think jade druid is so bad vs midrange or aggro like everyone says. I'm 8/2 vs aggro warrior, 4/1 vs dragon priest and 3/0 vs midrange shaman. The deck is highly favored against any slow deck and with some techs I'm sure you can have close to perfect winrate vs face decks.

Thanks for all the comments!

Answer yourself this: Do you wanna play Jade Golem decks? If the answer is yes, then definitely craft her.
