Just because it has been a popular card, doesn't mean it should go on the chopping block. Ancient of Lore has great value, but nothing game-breaking (I don't recall seeing posts crying for AoL nerfs). The new Druid legendary better be worth it.

THIS CARD IS TRASH NOW. arcane intellect, 3 mana draw 2 cards, therefore draw one card is 1.5 mana. which means that it's a 5.5 mana for a dumb 5/5 body. it's complete trash now WTF
People are saying "7 mana 5/5 draw a card, its garbage". Wrong.
Design wise it is an OK card because of the flexibility implied on Choose One. Which represents around 0.5 to 1 mana of the value. It may not see as much play as before but that's what a nerf is about, the card is not dead as Blade Flurry though.
Why is is so hard for Blizzard to adjust cards to a level where they are balanced? It's always like this - card too strong? Let's make it too weak instead! That's a great idea! They got Knife Juggler right, but that was about it. All they had to do to Ironbeak Owl was stop it being a Beast.
Ancient of Lore should cost 6. Keeper of the Grove is balanced at 2/3 for a class card costing 4. Force of Nature could make 1/1s with Charge at 5, or 2/2s at 7; cut Charge, dust the card.
And then they do all 3 at the same time? Remind me what else Druid did that was viable outside the Combo that it was necessary to scrap 2 cards and significantly weaken another? Beasts? Minion horde? Aggro only "worked" while GvG was around. I'm surprised they didn't nerf Swipe as well!
i wonder if i should keep 1 lore in my collection. yes azure drake looks better, but probably the flexibility of being able to heal will really make difference especially if facehunter is very popular
For all you guys comparing this to Azure Drake, seriously, you purposely forgot that it has a choose one option, which itself is around 1 mana . Well done Blizzard ,well done .
5/5 Body for 5 mana (just acceptable) and 2 Cards for 2 mana (pretty good)

Not a staple any more. And a bad decision in my opinion.
The thing is you are valuing Choose One as being free. Choose One should be valued at 1 mana at least.
Generally I'd agree, but the other Option of AoL is really crap and only usable in absolute need. I'd have absolutely preferred to lose the "Chose one" from AoL's effect. A 7 mana 5/5 draw a card is not even okay. A 7 mana 5/5 heal for 5 is worse (see Guardian of Kings ). Chosing between "not okay" and "worse" seems not worth a mana for me. I think this nerf was unnecessary and it's actually the only one I am really unhappy with. But whatever, I guess Nourish will be played in the future...
Thing is this card is supposed to be versatile . If you want to draw cards go nourish or Azure but in its current state was insane value and auto include. You should not be able to both be versatile to fit situations, for example healing vs aggro, and still be that insane value when you draw. Just my opinion

Way worse than azure drake. Why not at least lower the cost to 6?

They should have buffed the heal to 7 instead of 5. I think it would have been bang on the money then with balance.
Maybe Nourish will be druid's new card draw engine after this demolishing but fair nerf
Whoever designed Jade Idol and thought it was a good and healthy card for the game has clearly never played HS.
Nerf bat swung way too hard here. Should be 6 mana. There is no literally no reason to run this over Azure Drake.
