Ok, finally bothered to look at my spreadsheet for my exact numbers. I've had 27 runs to go 12. (Which feels lower than it should be considering my win average has been 6.8 for a while, and I've done 700 arena or so)
I have 2 Druid, 0 Shammy, 6 Mage, 7 Pally, 3 Rogue, 2 Warrior, 3 Hunter, 3 Lock, 1 Priest.
Huh.. Perhaps makes me feel like even less of a good arena player, when I do the math and you see that with 700 runs, based on a 50% win/loss ratio you would expect to have 17 runs that make it to 12 wins... Anyone know how to use your personal win rate % to see if you are getting more or less 12 win runs than expected?
Started playing in GVG. Didn't track or my first 40-50 runs which were probably not all that great since I was still learning. Since then:
66 total 12 win runs
Rogue 24
Mage: 18
Paladin: 9
Druid: 7
Warlock: 5
Warrior: 2
Shaman: 1
Win rate: 71.42%
12-0: 7
12-1: 22
12-2: 37
Still looking for my first 12 win run with Priest and Hunter. I don't play classes evenly but I try to mix in the ones I'm worst at occasionally. My best with Priest is 11 wins and 10 wins with Hunter. Interestingly, I didn't have a 12 win run with Warlock prior to WOG and I've been crushing it with that class recently including 2 12-0 runs. I attribute that to finally learning how to draft/play the class as well as having some really nice drafting luck.
Half of those 12 win runs where during LOE, which was by far my most successful time. Since WOG i am struggling and i could make it only 5 times to 12 wins. And i didn't had 12 wins with Paladin since then even though it was my best class (in Terms of 12 win runs). Only Mage and Rogue.
As far as i remember i had two 12-0 runs. First one was an insane mage deck. Second one, i am not totally sure, but i think it was mage as well.

On the flip side - i'm probably on the longest 12-win drought of my tracked career, at least 35 runs and counting.

I made 9 wins once. Was 9-1, then lost 2 in a row to same guy.
The key? Glad you asked: 3 Bomb Lobbers and 2 Fel Reavers.
I think I was a mage.
Other than that, lucky to get 12 wins in 4 runs combined. My drafts are never good.
In total i made it 33 times to 12 wins. Distribution:
Mage 11
Hunter 2
Rogue 7
Druid 1
Paladin 11
Warlock 1
