Banged out Legend for the first time last month with Midrange Shaman but since I'm about 40 wins away from Golden Thrall, I'll probably move to Dragon Warrior or Beast Druid. I need something to play "mindless" games with about a 50% winrate just to climb to 5 then I'll play more seriously with Control Warrior or something, though by that time there'll probably be an expansion announcement (of the announcement).
I want to try for Legend this season. For now I think I'll have plenty of time, but it remains to be seen. Not sure if I try in Wild or Standard though.
Now that the next season is here, I'm planning to unleash my top 3 decks and see how high I can get. I have high hopes for mainly my Zoo and Midrange Shammy, sometimes my Maly Druid. Either way, they're all still good, and they're all my best decks.
Anyfin paladin is really good. alot of secret hunters,zoo/discard locks and shamans. you can deal with them with anyfin paladin. Control match-ups are oke 2. tech in 2 forbidden healings for the more aggro side of things
Anyfin paladin isn't good against shaman. Yes, you can deal with their board, but if they hex your warleaders you're done for, unless you run a n'zoth variant.
That's why you put down warleaders with wild pyro-equality combo, just like vs priest after turn 6.
I consider myself an expert tempo mage player so will probably just work on different variants but will probably completely climb with tempo mage unless the meta is just so susceptible to something else.
Not true. If they hex your warleader, you win the game with mass removal, tirion and ragnarus light lord. you dont need strong anyfin to win in that situation.
Secret Hunter seems to work best for me since it took me to Rank 3 last season, but unfortunately I ran out of time since I can't play as frequent due to time constraints which pulled me back from reaching legend...However with my current win rate of ~65%(for the first time) I should be able to get there in no time once I start grinding this season!
Tried N'Zoth Control Rouge last season, but the meta is unforgiving.
This month I'm trying to use Lifecoach's Dragon Warrior, but I've swapped 1x Frothing Berserker for Grommash Hellscream (working fine for now, made rank 17) and probably will replace 1x Execute for that last resort Deathwing.
Deck seems to work fine against pretty much everything, finally I can compete against Hybrid Hunter decks and Shamans aren't that much of a problem now. We'll see how it rolls out.

Dragon warrior nice tempo deck to vs greedy deck. also good vs shaman.
random reno deck, greedy deck quite popular in low rank compare to cancer deck. i keep match with murloc paladin, reno mage, greedy priest etc compare to shaman.
but vs hunter and zoo is hardest. fiery war axe very important.
atm i m rank 10 playing maly rogue . i have 100% lose rating agains shaman's
how you win agains this "PRO" deck
I'm also rank 10 with Maly rogue this season, and shaman is actually a favoured matchup. If you want hints and tips, watch Asmodai on twitch for help ( He's only playing Maly rogue, and he's pretty good with it)

My Decks: Dread Hunter - Token Hunter
Once I craft Arcane Blast, I'm doing the same thing. It was my first deck before I learned about Arcane Blast and Cult Sorcerer. Tempo Mage time.
Yolo N'zoth handlock to see how far it will go! (Not legend of course)

Cheap decks are my specialty.
(Deck in making)
pretty pathetic that each season all that is littered on the ladder is mid shaman trash.
The reset cant come soon enough where tgt and loe is rotated out and shamans are nerfed like they deserve to be.
It's looking like I'm gonna use some curator Druid and tempo mage shenanigans or something
Reno hunter all the way
Already rank 5,will use control reno beast druid to legend

Everyone is like "ye i am going to play paladin, priest, ..." and then they still playing cancer shaman :D top kek

I've no clue what I'm doing...
freeze mage. use laughing freeze mage list.
control warrior also use standard list. seach for yogg control or nzoth control
use less greedy list. greedy list will make you loses more again shaman.
mulligan to remove early threat such as totem golem, tunnel etc. late games they loses because you out value or otk them as freeze mage.
freeze mage and CW need a lot of consideration skill. 1 simple mistake such as execute or ice bolt waste will cause you loses the games.
I will try to hit legend for the first time. I will try it with renolock. Wish me good luck
Taz'dingo! Ye-e-es!
Rank last season: Legend rank 5477
wanted to just use maly druid, but it really sucks atm for me in the early ranks.
Just gonna go with secret hunter I guesss
