Be reminded that during the early game your opponent still gets a new mana crystal at the beginning of their turn, so if you overload them for 1 mana and they gain 1 mana, they do have the same amount of mana as last turn so your brain is like "they didn't lose any mana!!" but they actually did and I guess it can be confusing.
For sure works, and if you get lucky with your other treasures, can trivialise runs.
I just won a heroic run by getting lucky and having barman Bob add 3 extra copies of Murgatha into my deck... twice. Plus some other treasures and spells I could clone extra ones from, and always started with one in my starting hand. I had 7 Murgatha's in my deck + multiple cloning spells.
As soon as turn 3 rolled around I'd start dropping mass murgathas, and then keep the enemy overloaded to 2 mana or less for the rest of the game.
On the final boss I ended up with 5 Murgatha's on the board, and as long as I could play at least two cards a turn (harder than it sounds when you have a full board!) I was keeping the enemy boss on 0 mana and it couldn't play a card!

Hey, I might be seeing things because quite sleepy atm but... is anyone having trouble when playing Murgatha?
You know, the treasure murloc with text "Whenever you play a card, Overload one of your opponent's Mana Crystals".
It seems to me the Overload bit is not working?
I dont know what to tell you, the effect has worked fine for me
Yeah, it works perfectly fine. The only issue is that you can't see how much mana your opponent is overloaded for, so maybe that's your problem.

Depends on the chapter and if if you have things like Gaudy Coat.
If you only overload them for two it's not making a big difference on them. If it's chapter 1 or certain bosses they can use coins, etc.
Seen Murgatha work though.
Not sure if hyped yet.
Thank you guys. Looks like sleep got the best of me, and you're all correct in the different respects you considered :)
