Going by the typical method, oh #()$)(# no we aren't.
The first few releases tend to be rather trashy and more to get a theme of the game than anything else. The better cards start getting sprinkled in as we go on (though a lot of times we miss them and think they are crap anyway). The WOW stuff tends to hit nearer the end.
So yeah, it gets worse before it gets better as far as hype is considered.

Who knows? Every card from now on could be great. They could also be garbage.
Or, and this is most likely, the majority of people judging these cards (myself included) have no idea what they're talking about, just like every single time an expansion is announced.
Keep the toilet paper nearby, for there will be many turds remaining. Such is HS.
We can't call it a failure of an xpac yet, and cards like Sunkeeper Tarim and Lyra were once scoffed. But yeah, it pales compared to MSOG and Un'Goro early previews.
No, wait for the rogue legendary and then you can say that.
Wtf is your garbage comment? Every Rogue legendary in standard sees constructed play in high legend at the moment except Xaril, and even he is borderline playable. You can't say that for literally any other class in the game except paladin. Hell even the rogue legendary quest was too good and had to be nerfed. Get your dumb shit out of here.
Honestly, OP. The cards will continue to vary in quality. Professor Putricide is the first Legendary I have seen that I actually would like to open though, so there is that. And as mainly a rogue player, I think the Plague Scientist was a great common card. All perspective I guess. Not appreciateing the cards that feel like nerfed versions of Naxx cards though.
Beginning of expansion spoilers, only cool card we saw was the legendary hunter hero card imo.
But now, we got back to back interesting cards that have cool mechanics, hell even that nerubian has a pretty cool effect (not extremely insane)
Are we past all the shitty hype-dying card reveals?
Who knows?
Well they gotta get out the trap/almost-filler cards sometime, might as well do it at the beginning so people ignore them.

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.

We haven't got our Ultrasaur card yet, so nope :P

Not until we have seen the other 9 warlock cards. Only then are we past the shitty reveals.
Seems So. The last 4 cards revealed were all good(Nerubian Unraveler, Mountainfire Armor, Professor Putricide, Ghastly Conjurer). Even Blood Razor is good and may replace Ravaging Ghoul in Taunt/Control Warrior because it gives you 2 triggers for Execute/Sleep with the fishes in one card. Might replace one copy of Ravaging Ghoul.
Check out my entry for this week's Card Design Competition. Vote for it if you like it.

We're past the shit reveals, now it's boring reveals time.
