Haha, no. EVIL Cable Rat is balanced at 2 mana 1/1. At best, an equivalent class card would be a 2 mana 2/1. Consider the 2 mana 2/2 Deathrattle: Gain a lackey. Not only did it only gain +0/+1 for 1 mana, it also transitioned to a deathrattle, weaker than a battlecry.
So yeah, it's obviously not that good, but it's not like Blizzard has ever said "Every card we make is balanced and meant to see play." In fact, they said the opposite: "Not every card is intended to see play."
what exactly is the point of revenge of the wild? it seems inconsistant because you can really only use it on your zombeasts. I feel the same way about cybertech chip.
also how do you activate the bombs from bombtoss?
You can tell from their list that they're a newer player with a pretty small collection. On the other hand, I might try a bomb deck, that sounds fun. The closest Hunter will get to a burn deck, maybe.
Are you kidding? Zul'jin is so bad, I win when my opponent plays him. Seriously, I've won multiple games when my opponent overwrites Build-a-Beast with Zul'jin, it's hilarious. They were gonna win with that seriously OP hero power, then it's gone.
I'm glad they printed a silence that can't be used to silence the fun out of the game. Really, only aggro should have access to silence anyway, and that's because the game changes in an aggro matchup. But Odd Warriors with owls is no fun at all.

Haha no. Spectral Cutlass is equally powerful against all decks, as long as it can get off the ground. Obviously, it usually can't.

No, Big Priest doesn't run small minions.

Not bad for a neutral common. I feel like this might be the 30th card in a token deck.

Wait, where did this come from? Did they do the final dump on stream?

They need someone who stops talking and thinks faster.

Halazzi could be a big deal, if he's one of the last to reveal.

Sorry m8, eggs aren't beasts.

Crushing Walls, Deadly Shot, Spellstone, Animal Companion, secrets. Spell Hunter can do the trick.

Kill Command might not see play in the same deck as this guy.

Elemental Mage is a minion-based deck, tempo is a big deal. And elementals have tons of card generation, Servant of Kalimos, Bonfire Elemental, Pyros.
