Technically no DK is THAT overpowered, but I still think that some dks are better than others. I almost haven't seen any Thrall, Deathseers on the ladder, and the same goes to the Paladin dk, the Warrior dk, and recently, the mage dk. Frost Lich Jaina decks were popular at the first month or so after the release of KFT, and you don't see many druids or warlocks nowadays. The most common dks are probably hunter and priest, with rogue coming in third.
Having been a huge fan of warlock since the release of loe, I don't think the warlock dk is that good. I am now quite in favor of Deathstalker Rexxar, having recieved two Dreadscale+poisonous zombeasts in wild today (it's sooo op). Now, the question is, which DK do you think is the best?

Priest is the only DK that's a win condition, it's the best one in that aspect while being really powerful battlecry and a lot of burst (think that now that the deck has burst of 32 with 3 cards at 10 mana, and that's the popular list blizzard will act raza )
It always depend in which deck they are played. Without Raza, Anduin wouldn't be anywhere as strong. I think just on it's own, Malfurion is very strong and I personally love Rexxar. In long games his hero power can really shine. Evolve Shaman is a super fun deck but often times I struggle with playing Thrall and I have yet to find out how to play him correctly or if he's really that worth it.
As stand alone card Rexxar, he alone is a deck. You can put him in every hunter deck. No late game? No problem, he is the lategame... the only thing that shut him down is the class he's in... hunter has verry poor draw and you can't force draw him with the minion puller cards. Right behind him Malfurion.
In a Deck Anduin, he synergizes very well if you build around him. Next comes Warlock that will get better with more good Demons.
Warlock is awesome, but control isn't that fantastic. You usually have to curve out into this guy.
mage is very powerful too but it's quite easy to play around and control Mage isn't so fantastic.
Hunter is very good for value, although isn't really that great for a hunter. It's very inconsistent but mighty fun. Almost always played incorrectly since hunters want their 2 damage hero power.
Shaman is good solid 5 drop that can take your opponent out of the game if they are not playing super control or don't have a board themselves. The hero power is a little bit weak however.
Druid is insane. Way to many people just use the 1/5 taunts however the spiders are what makes this guy nuts. As it turns out, 1/2 spiders are sometimes tricky to deal with, but 1/5 taunts don't do all that much unless in the correct situation.
Warrior's weapon is very strong while the hero power not being fantastic but has good synergy with all of your cards. Warrior is a funny class right now, but I think this guy is strong enough to come out to play even if it just replaces gorehowl in traditional control warrior.
Rogue is probably the best in my opinion, however the archetype is not quite there for this to be great. The amount of value you get off this is absolutely insane, it's like playing mimic pod every turn for free except you get to choose which card you draw. When slower rogues are good, this card will be the staple, so consistent and so much value.
Priest seems a lot better than it actually is. Without Raza it probably wouldn't be played, as most big priests and dragon priests ignore this. Some people are saying it should cost more mana, but come standard rotation it probably costs too much!
Paladin is a good solid card without being spectacular. High value and auto include in control paladin.
But yeah, I feel like a lot of people talk the hunter one up quite a bit but it's totally out of place in hunter and often feels quite unreliable, the best ones are where you know what you're getting, sometimes you highroll a beast and it looks nuts I guess. I mean, id much rather do something like summon a water ele every turn for 2 mana or deal 3 lifesteal damage than pay 2 mana to draw a card that may or may not be what you need in that situation, seen Kibler so many times throw games where he's just played the DK and got bad minions and then in the end he hasn't had the reach for lethal.
Personally whilst i think the Mage DK is the strongest on its own Priest is definitely the strongest outright.
As for the others the only one i feel that isn't as strong is the Warrior death knight, saying that its the one I've faced the least and also the only one I don't own. In my opinion its ranked as follows:
The problem isn't the elementals and you don't lose games due to the lifesteal. In fact, this is just good in control mage. Elemental stuff is crap and flooding your deck with bad cards is just dumb, even Geddon doesn't even get run and he's probably the best elemental for that deck.
NO1 voted on shaman but some did on PALADIN???!?! Guys, do some of you have even a bit of sense about cards power level?
Also if you would have read the thread subject carefully the question is about DK Heros in DECKS. Otherwise is also included but cards power level should be measured by its efficiency with other available cards in a meta. Many cards would have been trash if not their synergy with other cards. It almost makes no sense to judge a card ALONE.
Thats why priests DK is easily the strongest or rather broken AF. For now.
I would say that Malfurion is the best DK,as a standalone card that can be included in any (non aggro) deck, but Anduin and Jaina are also very powerful, especially when used in decks with good synergy cards.Actually I don't think there is any bad DK,just less versatile..

"I will tell you what Velen never taught me.Whosoever stands before the light...inevitably casts a shadow."
Yeah agree with you fully, I think the card could and should easily be cut. The only times it is good imo is vs aggro with the battle cry and the armour gain, because it's a way back. But if you are in a position where you have to play it against control unless you get the absolute nuts you will always lose that game anyway.
Best in competitive deck is priest DK, Razakus DK is just a very powerful win condition.
Best in overall power is Jaina DK, it's just an incredibly strong card on its own. This is very evident if you look to arena. No other DK carries like Jaine does in standard either, but mage as a whole is perhaps not at its strongest right now.
Guldan is very strong, but a) 10 mana and b) requires demon package which dilutes your strategies.
Overrated: Hunter. I would lose more to default hero power than "let me show you mah zombeasts."
Current best: Priest and Druid. Former will become a panic button/late game push when Raza rotates. Latter is just bread and butter for any druid deck.
Revival award: Warlock. Reaĺly key on bringing back the class. Now Blizzard needs to conjure quality demons, as Abyssal rotates soon.
Limited time: Paladin has Exodia for a few months, then Beardo departs. Shaman evolve decks may not be a thing in March/April, as well (good riddance).
Its meta is not yet here: Rogue. Jades are too slow compared to Keleseth tempo, and miracle and mill need more cards to justify a 9-mana break. But it has a lot of potential. Pencil warrior here as well, although it does have tools to justify it.
May be OP later: Mage has plenty of time to get more elemental and offensive cards to have Frost Lich snowball. KoFT cards were too weak or defensive, more for quest or secret decks. Been doing well with a frost lich Kazakus deck.

Evolve Shaman is such a fun deck and Thrall is probably the best Death Knight in terms of fun but the deck is too easy to beat.
I think Shadowreaper Anduin right now is the best one. I haven't been able to beat a Priest deck with Anduin out that I can recall.
Priest is the only DK that's a win condition, it's the best one in that aspect while being really powerful battlecry and a lot of burst (think that now that the deck has burst of 32 with 3 cards at 10 mana, and that's the popular list blizzard will act raza )

Seductive Nerd
Shadowreaper Anduin is not the best DK. He is only good with Raza the Chained, any actual non bandwagon Priest player knows that.
Stand alone Bloodreaver Gul'dan is easily the Best Death knight by a mile with Malfurion the Pestilent and Frost Lich Jaina right behind him.
As stand alone card Rexxar, he alone is a deck. You can put him in every hunter deck. No late game? They are all pretty good.

Priest dk is borderline broken.
Honorable mention for warlock dk as it has huge impact. It is 10 mana though...
Personally whilst i think the Mage DK is the strongest on its own Priest is definitely the strongest outright.

Future rotation in mind, i think rogue is the best.
Ability to dupe a card is greatly underestimated imo
Question everything.

Rogue has the most potential to be broken out of all the DKs, however it is too expensive to have any impact.
How is Druid better than Warlock?
Druid spawns 2 thing while warlock can spawn a full board, the druid hero power becomes chose 3 attack or 3 armor while Warlock sorta does both.
Warrior is probably the worst... and guess which one was the free one I opened? :'(
