We have a lot of cards with destroy enemy minion/spell/secret etc. There is different "Destroy" variations like Sacrificial Pact for demons, Shadow Word: Death for Attack stat, Shatter for Freeze mechanic, Execute for Damaged ones and so on.. You got my point.
But why don't we have a Dragon "Destroy" card? Only the ones that synergies with them.. Discover, If you're holding a Dragon etc. Are they too weak to have a specific counter card? Or they're not played so often to be a worthy a "Destroy" card?
"Are they too weak to have a specific counter card?"
This.. so much this.
Typically 'hate' cards are put in as a counter when there are issues with the race. For example, Golakka is doing a great job in keeping down the pirate warriors in tournaments.
Dragons would be particularly vulnerable given that you can't really dump a lot of them on the ground.
Note that Hemet was silly in every way possible so don't really look to him as an example of anything but what card was the boogymonster of G&G (worse as you can PLAY with boogy a bit)
Gruul could have such effect, if Team 5 were more focused on the lore side of the game.
Inb4 "Hearthstone isn't about Warcraft lore" since they droped Heroes of Warcraft, could you imagine if this game had a more serious touch instead of goofy cards that make people say it's a children's card game?
Dragons are big and powerful; an anti-dragon tech card would be way too strong. On the flipside, Pirates and Murlocs are small and fast and allow for explosive starts and snowballs. Tech cards are good for those tribes, because they interrupt that sort of play from happening and give a slower deck a tool to assist their game plan.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
There was never the need for an anti-dragon tech. The only time dragons were aids was during the drakOP days, and by now we all know why that happened.
A. There's no need. They're late-game threats; you don't require an anti-tech card when the answer is to simply "shoot first, and shoot 'em dead."
B. There are barely any Dragons, anyway. Without major support over the next few expansions, any Standard Dragon deck will be dead following the rotation of One Night in Karazhan.
My love for Dragon decks perhaps makes me biased in my assessment, but there's really no need for an anti-dragon card. Aggro, standard clearing and/or better control is more than enough.

Most Dragons in the game a large fat minions, if you printed a destroy-dragon card those big dragons would end up never being included in any decks again (and they're already struggeling) :P
leave the dragons alone there not so bad really if you compare them to other decks i wont mention cos i dont wanna start a whine thread ha :D
It's not the hate against dragons, it's the thought behind card designing.. There are some crazy beasts right know and card like Hemet Nesingwary would work, if they did stats correctly
I'd be fine with the inclusions of that kind of card if they'd put in some more dragon support. I'd love for my dragon mage deck to be a little more than a meme lol
Its not that I think the current tech cards are bad, its just that dragons are so big that a dragon destroying affect would be a " Oh you played a dragon and I drew my Tech? Cool I win." To make a card like that at all balanced for the games it wins it would have to be a 5 mana 3/3 Battlecry: Destroy a Dragon. That would still be amazing if it hits Alextraza or Primordial Drake or Y'sera or Twilight drake. I think you get what I mean.

Talking about neutral "Destroy" cards we have interesting ones like The Black Knight for Taunts, Golakka Crawler for Pirates, Hemet Nesingwary for Beasts, Hungry Crab for Murlocs, and different, so on..

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.
Since the glorious days of MSoG, Dragons weren't really a big threat. There isn't a need for a anti-dragon tech card. Not at the moment atleast.
