I see almost no one currently runs them. Are they actually bad? It's 6-6 for 6, which is quite good statwise (almost ogre), AND the buff can allow you to leave a minion on board surviving after trade. With Crazed Alchemist you can even turn it into additional damage if necessary. While probably not as threatening as Sylvanas Windrunner, 6-6 in priest's hands can still sort of trade with Cairne Bloodhoof (kill-> heal -> 6-4 against 4-5).
I run 2x Crazed Alchemist, and it's not a bad idea. I could get some pretty amusing plays with them in my deck. Their lack of play is, I think, mainly due to the 6 slot being heavily contested by some solid cards. The Temple Enforcers just don't get their chance to shine.
They would probably see more play if they were 5/5 for 5 (+3, maybe a little reduction somewhere) as there's a dearth strong 5 drops around now that Sylv has been moved. (or at least ones fitting for a priest). I could be mistaken, mind you. My grasp of the total card pool is tenuous at best.
They're nice in Arena, and early constructed; but as said once you get some legendaries they are replaced. Certainly there's inner fire/alch swap decks that may utilize them. I think they're decent to have when you don't have any or many legendary/epic choices/cards. I'd run them over ogres with their ability to +3 health a minion.
From what I can deduce, they are really good and they definitely hold their value, but the meta has shifted and they aren't suited for the current playstyle. Priests usually need help to get to the later turns and a 6/6 doesn't help them accomplish it. It's good if you have board control, but if you just play it it doesn't have any immediate impact on the board like a cabal shadow priest for example.
