Good refill card in aggro token/treant druid. It will definitely see play, if this archtype is relevant next expansion.
Update: I made a mistake by reading the card falsely, which led to me evaluating the outcomes of the spell differently than they will be. Sorry about that.
[edit] Here's a list of all druid minions in standard:
It specifies Druid, so you get 0 neutral options. That really limits the card pool, which also makes it much easier to get exactly what you want...and you'll get two other cards.

2 mana add 3 druid minions to your hand, this will see play no matter the deck restriction, because the reward is too good for the price. Like Master's Call, at first it will look kinda meh but a couple weeks into the expansion people will figure out the right deck and it will be staple, super strong card.
It's worse than Master's Call for sure, but it's also 1 mana cheaper.
Bewtiched Guardian is not bad at all. With keeper stallardis ,witchwood apple, crystal song portal, Squirrel whisperer. Hand/Token Druid could be a thing.

But this minion contradicts to the game-plan of the theorized token druid deck. The portal gives you 3 whole minions, if you have an empty hand. So this means your deck will be extremely, extremely aggressive and you will try to dump your hand almost always. And if this the case, then Bewitched Guardian can hardly be buffed. This is how I'm picturing the deck's strategy by looking at the portal.
I know, that TBP druid token deck was slower and it benefited from big hands, but druids are about to lose UI and Branching Paths. So when the rotation comes, players will follow the same strategy they had back in Un'goro. And not to mention, Crystalsong Portal would feel useless in current big hand token druid decks.
The card is powerful indeed. It will definitely be used but I am not sure if it can be used to its fullest potential every time. It seems like it wants to be either in a token deck or an agro (or fast midrange) deck. Well, we will see.

i have some editing about this, supposing you want play this card in an aggro/mid range deck:
Spirit of the Raptorbad - actually it's a draw engine, that's not so bad Savage Strikermeh - 2/3 with possibilities to do 1 damage it's sub par, but not terrible Dendrologistgood Wardruid Lotigood Druid of the Scythegood Keeper of the Groveoverall good (silence against taunts is pretty amazing) Forest Guidebad Flobbidinous Floop kinda bad (or good if he copies a battlecry buff minion) - even deathrattle ones are good copies or transform cards like druid of the claw. I see him being pretty good overall Treespeakergood Duskfallen AvianaRIP Druid of the Clawcharge is good - both options are super good Bewitched GuardianRIP - actually it's a decent card considering that you get it with other 2 minions in your hand, so the health buff is more consistent. yeah it's always a worse twilight drake Tending Tauren overall good Ironhide Direhornslow, but still a threat Gonk, the Raptor kinda bad (there is no DK Malfurion to back you up) - i would rater this just "slow" Dreampetal Floristbad Ancient of Wargood Ancient of Loremeh - yeah the only purpose is if you get the new stag with him LUL Splintergraftslow Ironbark Protectorslow, overall weak Gloop Sprayerbad - or just "slow" since it's a swarm card on it's own in a swarm deck Cenariusslow, but if you have a board, he offers a good buff (or board too) Mulchmuncherreally good Squirrel Whisperer good Keeper Stalladris very good with buff spells the 5 mana 4/4 beast with rush - overall manageable, if you have the support for it
Overall, this card sounds good in a treant druid since most of the minions we see so far are doing great in this archetype.
er what?, no having minions in your hand doesn't mean you have no spells either, + if don't have minions you will keep the 3 options, this one isn't that bad unless you are on topdeck mode
Edit: the worst case scenario for this one is if you topdeck it and for some reason still have only one card remaning on your hand which is a minion that for some reason you still didn't play
Damn its really good, it works only if you have no minion in your hand, so you can keep all the buff spells in your hand and still have the card activated. Simple, its a staple.

[edit] Here's a list of all druid minions in standard:
Spirit of the Raptor situationally useful (Stealth allows it to survive & get buffed; weaker w/o the DK)
Savage Striker meh
Dendrologist good
Wardruid Loti good
Druid of the Scythe good
Keeper of the Grove overall good (silence against taunts is pretty amazing)
Forest Guide bad
Flobbidinous Floop overall good (battlecry buff minions, DOTC, but you need to play them first)
Treespeaker good
Duskfallen Aviana RIP
Druid of the Claw very good (charge is exceptionally appealing nowadays)
Bewitched Guardian overall useful
Tending Tauren overall good
Ironhide Direhorn slow, but still a threat
Gonk, the Raptor kinda bad (there is no DK and no beast synergies to back this up)
Dreampetal Florist bad
Ancient of War good
Ancient of Lore meh
Splintergraft slow and bad
Ironbark Protector slow
Gloop Sprayer very situational => bad
Cenarius slow (but if you have a board, he offers a good buff)
Mulchmuncher really good
Squirrel Whisperer good
Keeper Stalladris very good with buff spells
the 5 mana 4/4 beast with rush - really good, if you have the support for it. i.e. heal for 5.
It specifies Druid, so you get 0 neutral options. That really limits the card pool, which also makes it much easier to get exactly what you want...and you'll get two other cards.
With rotation happening, the amount of times this card will get you exactly Dendrologist, Treespeaker, Mulchmuncher is not low.
This kind of cards that let you keep all three always see play (Omega Assembly, Master's Call) so it'll definitely fit into a druid deck
If you play this in a token treant druid, those are the best 3 options.
Good refill card in aggro druid mabye.

Interesting card, I like the design
After someone showed us the possibility of cards you will get, it seems bad, worse than Shaman's spells generation.
Maybe I'm looking too much into negative, but I think I'll pass. I just hope Druids will get better minions in the future or now.
I like elementals and totems.

If aggro token druid is viable, then it's a staple.
2 mana = draw 1 minion its ok
2 mana = draw 3 => insane

“I appreciate your efforts.”
Mmmmmmm.... Shadowy thoughts.

Verygood and promotes the kind of druid I might actually enjoying playing against.
Token druid refill and maybe spell druid option if ever exist one.
