I don't take any credit for this deck!
Zetalot currently plays it on the EU server in top 16 Legend.
I wanted to share this deck with you guys to show you that priest is more than viable with Naxxramas!
If you want to see this deck in action check out his stream:

I'm sure some people want to know more about this deck. Like basic mulligan strategy and how to play this deck.
Basically you want to mulligan for Undertaker, Zombie Chow, Loot Hoarder and Dark Cultist.
You want a strong turn 1 and turn 2 opener every game. This is deck is all about momentum and not a control deck.
This deck is, like zoo, a minion based control deck. Of course you have some great board clears Auchenai Soulpriest + Circle of Healing and Holy Nova but in generel you want to trade favorably with your minions.
The card that seems to give many people who play it the most problems is the Deathlord. Deathlord is NOT a turn 3 card unless you play against an aggro deck. If you play against a control deck you want to use him smart. Play him to protect lethal, your other minions or when you know your opponent has no removal.
Baron Rivendare can be used for some amazing combos in this deck:
- With Auchenai Soulpriest + 2x Zombie Chow + Circle of Healing for 20 damage
- With Dark Cultist for two times 3 Health on your minions
- With Sylvanas Windrunner to steal two minions from your opponent
- With Sludge Belcher to get two token taunts after he dies.
- Or, if you like a challenge, with Deathlord to give your opponent two minions on the board!
Replacements:
A lot of people ask for a replacement for Sylvanas Windrunner. While her effect is unique you can replace her raw stats with Loatheb. Of course Loatheb does have a total different effect but can help you in different situations than Sylvanas Windrunner.
If you need to replace Cairne Bloodhoof i would suggest Argent Commander for good trades or Boulderfist Ogre for a big body.
Would any of you recommend Kel'Thuzad as a replacement for Cairne Bloodhoof?
no
I replaced Baron Rivendare with Kel'Thuzad and like it a lot. when you play him you can trade all of your minions, get the bonuses from deathrattle and they are still there and all that in one turn, even if he gets removed the turn after that. And it doesn't only work for deathrattle minions.
And Kel himselfe also has some hp and att, which makes him usefull in other ways too.
yES! I did it for the longest until i was able to get cairne. Some fun stuff can happen sometimes.
I love the deck, when it works. It just feels so inconsistent to me. Maybe I still need to learn it though.
On my first time playing this deck, my opponent ragequit on turn 2 after I had played undertaker, zombie chow, and northshire cleric. 10/10, would troll again.
Been playing with this deck for a while. Very nice and fun, however very luck based.
i feel the same. It counters everything if you play your cards right and with a bit of luck on your side
if you play this deck i hope you get hit by a truck.... just saying lol
This is a minion control deck. The point is that it's a 1 mana card that can literally win your early game. Even without combo's or undertaker, it is an amazing first turn play.
You want Zombie Chow in your opening hand because that's when his deathrattle won't hurt you. Your opponent won't benefit from the 5 free health in the opening game but you WILL benefit from the board control he offers as a turn 1 or 2 play.
If you get him later, you really don't want to play him without an Auchenai to combo him with. Then he's a dead card. So get rid of him early and take control of the board! :)
I didn't say the same thing as you at all. In fact, our opinions about Zombie Chow couldn't be more opposite. Learn to read.
Also learn some manners while you're at it, troll.
Yes, duh! It's only good for minion removal in the early game, and that's exactly what you use him for!
Putting a 2/3 on the board on turn 1 almost always results a 2 for 1 trade (or more, that value!) or an important removal spell to be used early (won't be used on your more important minions, meaning easier late game). Holding on to them until you get Soulpriest and/or Baron isn't smart. Soulpriest+Circle on turn 4 is something that you may need to do. If that Soulpriest dies before your next turn, are you going to rely on your last Soulpriest to combo the Chows? Now if you played a Chow or two early, and managed to keep them alive while you used them to maintain board control, you can still combo them with Soulpriest on turn 4.
Seriously, it's one of the best turn 1 plays for a control or tempo style deck...
His current deck is http://imgur.com/BV70P3f
Zetalot recommends Loatheb.
Zetalot just hit #1 legend on EU with this deck! :D
This deck loses with each warlock deck.... 0 chance to win...
What are you talking about ?This deck destroys Zoo.
Unless you're talking about Handlock, which you can rarely see in the current meta due to a lot of hunters.
I HAAAAAATE the Deathlords in this deck. Hate them. Hate hate hate. I can only think of a few games they have won me, and MANY more they have lost.
Replacement suggestions? Thinking Harvest Golem or just finding a way to throw in Rag and something else.
Sludge Belchers are nice, eventhough they cost 2 more mana.
