Mulligan is quite simple:

You want to get early minions, such as Mana Wyrm, Cult Sorcerer, Arcane Missiles,Beckoner of Evil, etc. Keeping Frostbolt may be handy sometimes. 

Just play Mana Wyrm with spells, to great trades.

Part of this deck, which makes it so good is Brann Bronzebeard. This little dwarf brings so much value, even if he survives only one turn. Your C'Thun buffing is so much more effective with him.Brann Bronzebeard +Disciple of C'Thun,Twin Emperor Vek'lor or Faceless Summoner are also pretty powerful.

The Coin and Arcane Intellect works with Cult Sorcerer

Brann Bronzebeard save up to 9 course, if you have in your hands С'tun.

 save Fireball to deal 12 damage on 8 turn or 15 on turn 10 with Frostbolt

Flame Lance special card for Flamewreathed Faceless or Dark Arakkoa

 

U can upgrade this deck with Sylvanas Windrunner, Ragnaros the Firelord

Play agressive vs Control deck, and safe agains aggro shamans and zoo
