Hey guys, this is my first deck post but I wanted to share this really fun deck with you guys. I was inspired by both Kibler and Amaz for this paladin deathrattle and dragon deck. Any advice will be appreciated but I had reached rank 1 end of last season with this deck so I assume it is viable. The harder match ups that you will face are aggro decks but the board clear, healing and removal should reduce these threats. If not, then feels bad man...
Deck Strats:
- There are 2 types of board clear with the Consecration, Wild Pyromancer/Equality combo.
- There are 3 types of heals in the deck with the new broken Forbidden Healing, Lay On Hands and Truesilver Champion.
- There are 4 types of removal in the deck with Aldor Peacekeeper, Keeper of Uldaman, Eadric the Pure and Big Game Hunter.
- The dragon/deathrattle synergies are mainly used to keep tempo on your side with both dragon and deathrattle minions. Then N’zoth are used to bring them back all to life with game saving taunts such as Tirion and Chillmaw with the 3 damage board clear.
- I don’t run Dragon Consort in the deck because I haven’t found space to include it as I didn’t think it was necessary as there is enough tempo to maintain once you gain it.
So this is the deck guys and I will appreciate any questions and tips for change,
Thanks

I will reply to this comment after i analyse your decks
Your deck will benefit when you take out the Volcanic Drakes as they are too slow. You are probably dying to aggro a lot because you don't have big taunt minions like Chillmaw
I've been running a very similar deck that I created before release and surprised at how well its been doing, even consistency. I'll give yours a try. Have a look at mine and see what you think =)
No worries mate
I've created two Forbidden Healing for this deck, and I'm just playing with in the last two days. It's a very strong deck and can win against other versions of N'Zoth paladin. Eadric is a great tool against other N'Zoth and aggro decks. Love the dragon synergy here too. It's also good against C'Thun decks (or others big creatures). Nice work :)
Thanks man, glad you are enjoying the deck
I wanted to thank you for this deck. Haven't had this much fun with a control deck in a long time. So much synergy in this deck I never feel like I don't have the right tools for the job. So far on a win streak 9-0.
Thanks man, yeah it took a while to come up with this deck but it was worth it
What would be the best replacement for Chillmaw?
Abomination would be a good substitute because you have countless ways to heal up and it clears board very nicely against aggro decks. However Chillmaw gets summoned by Deathwing, Dragonlord.
Replace for one Forbidden Healing ?
And what you think about replace one Harvest Golem for more dragon sinergy cards?
Also i saw you have only 7 duplicate cards... So maybe you can change it to a Reno Jackson deck, replacing one of each duplicate cards by others. What do you think?... I'm trying this, and looks very fun. Reno has great value :)
Forbidden Healing is vital to the deck so there are no replacements. Cult Apothecary could work if you really wanted to replace it but i suggest you craft it.
Harvest Golem is your new Piloted Shredder in standard format so i would not try replace it as it is good for tempo and board control.
Also, the seven duplicate cards are vital to the deck and so Reno Jackson wouldn't work too well
You can change Forbidden Healing for any amount of Earthen Ring Farseer and/or Guardian of Kings, depending whether you are facing more aggro or control, I split 1 of each, and it has been very successful.
You could remove Harvest Golem, because your main targets with N'zoth are Tirion, Chillmaw and Sylvanas. But I think you won't find a better replacement for them on curve, maybe some tech cards like Mind Control Tech.
It's not to hard to became a Reno deck, but you will change consistency over tech cards.
Looks like a pretty fun deck and certainly some strong deathrattles to pair with N'Zoth.
Curious about possible replacements with Eadric though so I wouldn't have to craft him up. But it does look pretty good and maybe a fun deck to try out.
I would recommend 2 Doomsayer as Eadric the Pure is used for slowing down tempo and damage for your opponents. However Eadric the Pure is a very good staple as it nullifies swarms and full boards of high attack minions which is very popular in the meta right now
The suggestions definitely worked nicely.
Though in the end did decide to craft up Eadric the Pure since it does fit in with a lot of Pally decks so the value is there in the current meta.
Did also go ahead for fun and replace [card]Stampeding Kodo[/card] with Ragnaros, Lightlord. Not the ideal swap and does make the deck heavier....but I did get it from the packs so try to fit it in everywhere I reasonably can. Plus that extra dose of healing doesn't hurt. Probably not overly effective, but does have me smiling.
Deck is working nicely though and is just nice to have a good Dragon Paladin deck.
Great deck, I have had pretty amazing results. I made a small change i got rid of Huge Toad for another Consecration. There is way to much aggro in the meta right now. I also got rid of Big Game Hunter for Stampeding Kodo It has a better body, better board pressure. Its pairs great with Eadric the Pure and Aldor Peace Keeper. Again with the large amount of Zoo and other aggro decks a lot of the times doesn't need a set up to be effect either. Currently 9-0 these small Meta changes! Great deck would recommend, I have yet to have someone not concede after re-summoning death wing with N'Zoth! I've got to say making a concede mage/warrior quit is so satisfying.
Thanks asturien for the tips and I appreciate that you are enjoying the deck
