Oh my... That boss is nasty :p
So our enemy is Lord Victor Nefarius with his Wild Magic trick, he basicly draws 2 cards per tur, one of them is card from his deck and other is spell from our class. In his first turn he also gets 10 mana crystals and 50 armor. And do you remember Ragnaros' help in normal mode? In heroic we got only one card from him... Yup, it's hard one.
It is imho the hardest boss in hearthstone history, but I got it, with this deck all you have to do is stalll... stalll... and kill him with fagitue and weapons. Why we use warrior? Because it got many spells that helps us win if Nefarius get them, abusing bosses mechanics is great, I know you love it ^^
It's very nice if he get 10 cards in his hand and don't play any minons, then that means tahat he don't have any and he will not get any more of them, all cards that he will draw will be burned, then you win ^^ How does warrior's spells help us with it?
Warrior spells overview
Crush He can't use it if we don't have any minions, but if we do it will eat 7 mana from his current turn, that means 1 less big creature! yey :)
Brawl Use it I dare you :] he will never get value of this one, another dead card for him.
Mortal Strike He can use this to kill us, yup, but he tends to stack such cards as minion's removal, so as long as he don't have lethal we are fine ;)
Bouncing Blade Another dead card, he will be killing his own creatures with it, probably he will never use it.
Charge If he got minion and he buffs it, it's not cool, right, but if he don't then he has another dead card!
Shield Block 5 armor doesn't do anything, and if he draws a card then we are closer to fagitue ;)
Battle Rage Do it :] Draw more :]
Cleave Do we have 2 minions on board? Not often, another dead card ^^
Commanding Shout Lets draw some more... ;)
Heroic Strike This card hurts, true, hope that he will not get 3 of them and kill you... But chances are pretty low ;)
Rampage Don't leave his minions wounded and we have another dead card ;)
Revenge We like aoe, if he gets it he won't use it, we dont have small minions to kill that way ;)
Slam Did I mentioned that card draw is great ? ;)
Execute Nothing to target, dead card.
Shield Slam Same.
Upgrade! Bad luck, doesn't hurts much, but he can go for face with it. Not dead card.
Inner Rage I guess he might use it... Not sure ^^
To sumarise: 18 spells, 4 draw-cards, 8 removal-cards, 4 buff-cards and 2 direct damage cards... He got about 33% to get card that he might use in some cases, othes are good for us, warrior best class for this challange!
Win Condition:
We want to wait untill he run out of cards and start to takes fagitue damage. Also we got Upgrade! and lot of weapons, use it on Gorehowl or Arcanite Reaper, then clear the board or later go face, thats a lot of damage (1 Upgrade! with Arcanite Reaper is 18 dmg, and 2 of them is 28!)
Tips:
MVP here is Brawl, that card makes this deck working. Lots of removal, use Crush if he have 1 minion on board, Shield Slams with Shield Blocks, and awesome board clear in 8th turn: Brawl and Bouncing Blade.
Battle is hard, but you will get it, that deck works wonders, belive me ;)

Card replacements/other good choices
Doomsayer board clear, dangerous because he might have some warriors removal, also we can't stop his minions, we don't have Frost Nova, but it's playable ;)
Big Game Hunter Helps with some of his minions, it's also comboable with Cruel Taskmaster,but then he might play cards like Cleave... Playable ;)
Alexstrasza 15 dmg might make the close game our victory ;)
Chromaggus doubles our removal/damage potential, but if he die same turn we play him... also he can kill dragon or two ;)
Inner Rage Execute enabler, 1 dmg for 0 mana, or if somehow we have minion on the board buff and chance to kill bigger dragon
Sylvanas Windrunner good removal with body, kills one dragon and takes control of other
Coldlight Oracle It can speed up the fight, helps you found removal... Not bad, playable ;)
[card]Grommash Hellscream[/card] Also speeds up the fight, finishing combo with Cruel Taskmaster,Whirlwind or Revenge, target for Execute but deals good amount of damage ;)
Many others, if card can give us value in terms of board control then it's probably good choice, try it and tell me what worked for you! :)

How this is even work? There are couple minions in the deck and telling me don't play minions? Trying to figure it out.
Edit: After I expressed myself here, I've got it. I was already changed minions with extra Gorehowl and Arcanite Reaper also picked x2 Bash, x1 Sleep with the Fishes, x1 Slam, x2 Heroic Strike and x2 Inner Rage.
There was a strange phase he suddenly stop playing minions. That I thought this might be the one mentioned. I started to hitting his face with my weapons but he suddenly decided to play druid's Claw, also he had that for long time. That made him to open some slots to draw more. He played some minions but somehow I managed it.
I won first try on accident without even reading how this deck is supposed to work. (I mean, I realized what was going on after the minions stopped coming). After I came back and read the info here, I won 3 more games in a row just to make sure it wasn't luck. I didn't even have all the cards to make it but it still worked with what I had. I put in tentacles for arms, chromaggus, alexstrasza. Any of those rarely made much difference in my 4 games. It was just all about removing his minions and letting his hand fill up with spells he can't use, then wear down his armor with weapons while he sits there taking it in the face like an idiot. Build up your own armor as well. Exhaustion helps but you would eventually win even if he had 1000 cards in his deck (as long as you have tentacles). Great deck! I'm 4-0 so far with it. They only way you can lose is if both brawl are at the bottom of your deck or if you don't use it wisely.

Tried yours and lost 6 games, was about to search for another deck, but hey, I always try 10 games at least with each deck and said let's give it the benefit of the doubt, and suddenly, Nefarious stopped dropping minions on turn 6? haha and I was like what the hell? So kept armouring up from right there and not drop any minions of mine in case he uses his spells, so I just weaponed up and kept hitting face until he fatigued.

( should say that I didn't have 2 shield slam and bouncing blade and no crush at all. I added Tentacles and more weapons instead to fill up my missing cards, so that's doing the trick too. )

This deck worked for me.
I believe I encountered a bug where Nefarius didn't play minions when I had a buffed Gorehowl and Arcanite equipped. It's possible he simply ran out of minions but that seems unlikely. I believe his AI was nervous about playing big minions when I had my big weapons equipped. Either way I won this fight easily on my 2nd attempt.
Won first attempt super easy after failing multiple times with other decks.
Worked great, 2nd try, Made a few changes from the new expansion. Replaced Arcanite Reaper with Tentacles of Arms, great swap always have a weapon on hand. Without it I would of lost when we were both fatigued. I didn't have Brawl, Crush or Gorehound. I replaced those with Disciple of C'thun, who hits for 2 and buffs C'thun for +2. Which is very important so we can get C'thun to 10 so we can take adavantage of the other card I added. Ancient shieldbearer who grants +10 armor. And of course C'thun himself who comes out swinging for 10.
It wasn't until he drew his last card that he ran stopped playing cards, but as long as you can get past that initial onslaught of minions he throws down his synergy decreases greatly as the game progresses.
Try to only keep one monster on the board at any given time. Every time I put a second one out it would give him a chance to use a couple of my spells against me, including brawl. This just opens up slots in his hand for new cards. The less you can let that happen the better you are.
I like the idea of tentacles for arms, cthun armor card sounds great too :)

Good deck, I didn't have all the cards so I modified...won on first try...I would like to recommend my changes:
take out one revenge and one whirlwind...I won without using execute once:P (or one revenge and whirlwind, for that matter)
add another bouncing blade...great way to kill big minions while damaging others at the same time...
add maexxna...she's actually extremely valuable in this fight...I killed a hungry dragon and 2 draknoid crushers with her (using commanding shout)
But this is one of the few "recommended" decks that has actually worked for me, and the first one to work so soon without much rng...control/fatigue warrior is absolutely the way to go!

Took a couple of attempts, but way more consistent then the priest/rogue options where you are fishing for cards, and hoping for the right card on turn 3.

It's basicly the same concept, cards also are mostly the same as in mine deck, but 1 brawl is not enough most of the time, I'm sure that mine version is more consistant because of that ;)
Christ, I've been killed by a charged Crusher or Heroic Strike + Bite so many times I've lost count.
Took out the Arcanite Reapers for two Healbots to at least survive turn 5.
So far no success yet.
