What if a minion is frozen from attacking Voodoo Hexxer and you play this card after? I think that since the opposing minion wasn't actively getting frozen while Moorabi was on the board that you won't get the card, but I feel that this card could have been worded better such as: whenever another minion gets Frozen.
*clears throat* "Lets break DA ice"
If you freeze a minion twice, do you skip 2 of its attacks, or still only one? If you freeze something twice with Moorabi, you get the minion twice, but I'm not sure it would be worth it if you still only "froze" it once.
Each time Freeze it would reapply the effect, so it would only prevent 1 attack. But yes, you can get multiple copies of a card with Moorabi by hitting it with multiple freezes.
This could be a YouTube favourite.
Way to slow/fiddly to see proper play. I'm guessing next expac will give shaman more freeze synergy.
If you freeze jaraxxus or ragnaros(from executus) do you gain them?
I would say those are heroes not minions
So no
Horrid stats...However, I do like the effect, since it can affect friendlies and enemies.
Can be versatile, but again...The stats are not good enough, it also doesn't help that Shaman doesn't have reliable Freeze cards (Unless you count frost shock, a card that not many people use)
Freezing all enemy minions costs 3 mana (Frost Nova), so freezing also your own should cost at most 2 mana.

Updated decklist. Thoughts?
I Think people are forgetting the text says ANOTHER minion. Stealing and freezing an enemy key card? Also Brrlock wants to join the party. Yes, it's slow. But I think it will be fun, if not competitive.
It can synergize with cryostasis but my problem is his cost and his stats..For me it's a mediocre card but we have to wait and see if the meta stabilize around mid-range/control and then maybe it can see play..
Here me out. Moorabi + 2x Glacial Shard in hand. Play Moorabi, play Glacial Shard target Moorabi, play second Glacial Shard target first Glacial Shard, repeat until out of mana.
On turn 10 thats a 4/4 and 4 2/1s, albeit frozen. But a relatively full board with the ability to do it again next turn or some other sort of havoc seems pretty strong
Edit: NM. Just realized Glacial Shard only works on enemies :(
As a shaman main I will definitely craft it, just like the majority of other shaman legendaries there ever were. However I am a bit disappointed to be honest.
I am a bit unsure on its statlines. Other class legendaries with situational specific card draws, like Lyra the Sunshard and Shaku, the Collector sacrifice 1 or less mana from their vanilla value of the mana spent. 6 mana 4/4 sacrifices 2.5 mana for a similar effect. Yes, the draw is more specific compared to the other two, but the condition (that the minion has to be frozen) is proportionally harder to achieve also.
A card of comparable statline would be The Mistcaller. I like to regard The mistcaller as "the game settler" and by that I mean if you play it when you have the tempo, youre highly likely to win, but when you play it while losing tempo, youre likely to end up losing the game. For it to be playable the player has to be able to make up for the temp loss in the next 1 or 2 turns. Hopefully future released cards are capable of making that happen, but as we all know it does not look too promising.
I think this will be a second variant to Elemental Shaman, pushing away from running Jades as well. There's already a few Elementals with freeze effects like Glacial Shard and Frost Elemental. Plus Shaman is getting at least a couple more with this expansion, Voodoo Hexxer and Cryostasis so far. Add a shatter effect, like Ice Breaker, also a replacement for Jade Claws. A couple heals like Hot Spring Guardian and Jinyu Waterspeaker. And we got a nice looking skeleton of a midrange deck. A couple more Elementals for synergy, and Kalimos, Primal Lord as a cherry on top. TaDa. Frost Elemental Shaman.
This card could potentially work well against some quest decks. For as little as seven mana you could be adding quest rewards like Amara or Barnabus to your hand, letting your opponent do the hard work while you make full use of the battlecry. Which might be nice, as we will probably see a lot more quest priest with this expansion.
Fun Fact: Moorabi in Arabic means "Not my god"
Playable. Not worth a craft.
Point is that even if Freeze Shaman gets more synergy and becomes a thing, the copy & replay mechanic is too slow while also requiring combo.
At that point, Spirit Echo is just more reliable.
