8 Oondasta if you duplicated Flobbidinous Floop too.
Edit: That is not how Flobbidinous Floop works or is it?
Hard to say. But if Floop becomes High Priestess Jeklik and gets discarded, you get 2 copies of Floop, so who knows. Also, you'll probably have other cards in your hand to take up the space too.
I'm commenting in every one of these to counteract the negativity. I'm pumped for this and the others, No Duplicate archetype has always been one of the most fun. I agree this is hard to see working now, but why not? at some point I'm sure it will. I'm psyched!
now i now....no pre-purchase for me...and even no purchase
Saviors of Dustdum
Ellise into Floop into Barista for some Combo Decks ?
lol, you wish. Duplicate your hand then do what with it?
Druid already has trouble with making slow decks work, now they'll have to work on half the power budget for a mediocre value effect
Don't use duplicates to get duplicates, seems logic to me
Considering the fact that Reno decks in Wild use copy effects like Zola the Gorgon, Baleful Banker, and Seance to copy critical Legendaries like Reno Jackson, Kazakus, Emperor Thaurissian, and Brann Bronzebeard, I'd actually be wary of this card. Basically it acts as a strong psuedo-draw option (think Hex Lord Malacrass) to double up on critical removal options such as Poison Seeds or Starfall.
I think these will all make a lot more sense once we see the rest of the set. There will either be a powerful neutral legendary or other class cards that will support these archetypes a lot more.
if meta is aggro this is awful, in wild unplayable.
Trash of Uldum
How witty of you. Don't forget that a 7 mana 4/2 weapon that filled your hand with a difficult deck-building condition was strong. This is almost on curve, can draw up to 5, and gives you flexibility to duplicate important cards in slower matchups. I doubt it's enough to push a singleton deck on its own, but it's a strong card if there's enough support.
You mean the weapon that was in a deck that got singlehandedly carried by a broken dk alongside some of the strongest spell cards hunter has ever had (spellstone and flanking strike).
Not a good comparison.
And THIS card looks much better than others
That would be nice
