Hearthstone Card Balance Changes to Come After the HCT Playoffs
Blizzard has announced that a balance change patch will hit after the HCT Summer Playoffs conclude. The playoffs are finished at the end of May, so we don't have too much longer to go!
No specific changes have been announced, though Iksar has mentioned some problematic cards.

In the weeks after The Witchwood, the Hearthstone team has been avidly reading your feedback and monitoring data at all levels of play. We agree with your concerns, and we’re planning some balance changes after the HCT Playoffs are finished at the end of May. We’re not quite ready to share the details, but we’ll provide an update once the specifics are finalized.

Thank you for your feedback, patience, and your support.
Cheers!
doubt they'll do anything to voidlord. if anything just remove the demon tag and make it an elemental. being a demon is the main reason the card seems so oppressive. losing that synergy will make it a lot easier to handle
Oh boy here comes the warlock nerfs and paladin nerfs
Fucking end of may? Are you kidding me? Tournament scene makes up less than 1% of the hearthstone playerbase, and people don't even care much about them - there were times when Kripparrians stream had more viewers than Hearthstone tournaments. Bleh.
They've never done balance changes in the middle of a tournament. Also, this is standard time for when these changes usually occur. The Spreading Plague and Innervate nerf a month after Frozen Throne is an outlier as far as "timeliness" goes.
I pray to god its not Call to Arms or Voidlord. I dusted ~10 duplcates of those cards combined, it will break my greedy heart.
so wat a pointless post if they not gonna share any detail at all may aswel of just waited then announced everything.
Well, it kinda sucks to have to wait a whole month, but I guess it's better to have those fixes in a month than in a year.
About time. Seems logical with the tournaments going on though.
