Season 2 Begins on January 9

Season 2 will be launching in all regions tomorrow after maintenance concludes. All players will lose their current rankings, and will get to begin the climb once again starting at Angry Chicken. We've got a list of the maintenance times for each region, in Pacific Standard Time, below.

* Server status is populated using the times provided by Blizzard and may not be completely accurate for all regions.

NA: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST
EU: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM PST
KR/TW: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM PST
CN: 12:00 PM - 2:00PM PST

Hearthstone Beta Opt-In Account Access

Aratil and Omrakos provided answers to some questions regarding the final opt-in wave of beta access, which will be automatically flagging everyone who has opted-in to the Hearthstone beta test before January 7.

Opt-ins for the Hearthstone beta test were disabled yesterday, but anyone that opted in before the opt-ins were disabled will still be sent an invite to the Hearthstone beta test before Open Beta begins.

We currently plan to invite all remaining opt-ins via direct account flagging and it will be done as one large wave. This invite wave has not yet happened, as we are still compiling the full list of accounts to be flagged. A notice will be sent once the wave happens.

Once the accounts are flagged, the Hearthstone license should show up in Battle.net Account Management.

If you opted in by Jan 7, 2014, and haven't yet attached a beta key, your account will be flagged for access sometime in the next couple of weeks. There won't be a key required, nor will you be sent a notification email. Check your Battle.net Account management page every so often in the coming days.
