What ever happened to the WoW TCG? I don't think I ever got the full story. They revoked the license? Canceled? Bankruptcy? And how did it play? Was it like Magic? What was combat like?
Upper Deck Entertainment had the license until they lost it in 2010. Blizzard discontinued it in 2013 because they had Hearthstone on the way.
Sadly never played it myself, but it looked really cool. Of course, I say that about all TCGs by UDE and then I just grow to hate them.
No prob. I'd also point out that some Handlocks run 2xShadowflame over 2xMortal Coil because it's more consistent; that might depend on the meta you're seeing though.
This list looks pretty good (although I don't think I've ever seen Sylvanas in Handlock before, but hey, whatever works). And here's a post-nerf Alex Miracle Rogue:
Control decks are still very strong (Handlock, Pally, Warrior, Priest). Face Hunter is still alive post-nerf. If you like Mage, Hyp3d's Mage is pretty fun, and there's Aggro Mage floating around too. All of the Shaman archetypes are amazing with Hunters diminished. Druids are having a good time too, especially with the new Token Druid deck builds. And there's always Zoolock if you're feeling sinister. >:)
Alex has also been used in Miracle Rogues recently; especially with the recent Leeroy nerf, she's a good alternate win condition-slash-panic heal. Generally any Control deck will have a spot for her, it just depends on how you build it.
If you want to go full ham with weapons, Upgrade! is a consideration (but maybe just one).
If you want to keep Greenskin, go full Pirate mode. Get second copies of the Raider and the Dread Corsair, plus Southsea Captainx2 and maybe 1x or 2xSouthsea Deckhand for burst/early game.
If you don't want Pirates, then this deck needs quality minions for the weapons to protect. Drop the Pirates (replacing Greenskin with a solid legendary like Loatheb or Cairne Bloodhoof isn't out of the question) and load up on value minions like Chillwind Yeti and Harvest Golem (for example). Double up on Spiteful Smith too; it's a value minion with good synergy for weapons, which is how this whole thing got started, right?
IDK if this deck would be meta-viable, but it's fun to play with anyway. :) Good luck!
Doesn't it stink when you find it out the hard way? Same as when I found out Fatigue Damage does NOT trigger Ice Block.
Here's a question then: if your opponent mills you into fatigue damage (with like Dancing Swords Deathrattle or Coldlight Oracle), does THAT trigger Ice Block?
I played a Priest deck the other day with the audacity to run two -- TWO! -- Dalaran Mages. Think that was the first time I've seen them on the ladder. Deck ended up trouncing me because I had no idea what to do. Seemed like a good Priest deck.
It's not all bad, although I'm interested to know what possessed you to draft 2 each of Lord of the Arena (ironically not that great a card for Arena) and Ironforge Rifleman. 2 UTH and 1 each of those traps isn't too shabby though, and you pulled some good late-game with Stormwind and the Longbow.
Didn't perchance record what your draft was like so we can see what the picks were in comparison, did you?

Era's Aggro Mage:
Reynad's Giants Mage:
Post-Leeroy Handlock, with 100% more trifling gnomes:
Post-Leeroy Miracle Rogue:
Based Malygod Rogue:
Just for starters.

Best shot at a Weapons Warrior would be a Pirates deck, IMO. This one's already kinda on the way there with Captain Greenskin, Bloodsail Raider, and Dread Corsair.
At minimum I'd drop the Tauren Warrior, Battle Rage, and Rampages and run a second Execute. Whirlwind is pretty redundant with Death's Bite, too. From there I think there's a couple of options to consider:

The mana cost was in red, yeah? Might mean an incoming nerf to both cards. UtH had a similar thing happen when it was bumped to 3 mana IIRC.

IIRC, they differentiate you from other people with the same username.

If this doesn't get 12 wins I quit Druid forever

A few weak links but looks pretty solid, I predict 9-3. Swipe terror is real.

Missed lethal when my opponent had lethal, and I realized I had missed it while I was doing it. The beginning of a long losing streak. :(

Correct, it is only for people who played the Beta. Judging by the description, it was to help test the store functionality.
