Pardon me if I take this Runeterra prediction with a grain of salt.
I watched it a bit and it reminded me of games that failed. It looked to difficult which wil stop people from bothering to learn it and therefor make it likely to fail.
Top players might praise these new games for the higher skill level, that will only make people leave faster. A game can't run on 100 players who enjoy it, especially when during launch you pay them a shitload of money to claim they enjoy is.
Just like with Valve, Riots player base is a moba crowd. Moba crowds don't care about a card game, they care about a moba game.
Aside from all that. - the meta will be stale in 2 weeks to (the amount of teemo i saw....) - the rng will be the same - the big streamers will leave as soon as the money is gone (apex legends anyone??)
I logged on to DE the nerfed cards and still didn't feel like playing.
Barely played since launch of this expansion. Whenever i did play it just felt like 80% of the opponents were playing solitaire and i just conceded to all mages partially due to watching the recent grandmaster thrash. Good thing they nerfed that mage thrash, but i still don't feel like playing.
I dislike the format, but guess i can get the stream running in the background.
Its just to boring to watch. At least in the usual format you have only 1 mirror match of the same type, but watching 2 or 3 warrior mirrors and next game again....just shoot me....
Not sure if i wanna open the wings, don't care that much about the current adventures either. But the golden legendary sounds like a nice addition considering i'm a proud owner of a golden Whizbang to :D
I'm leaning towards kingsbane but i'm just curious how some people whove laddered with it feel about it.
Don't think you need greenskin for it and Kingsbane will probably remain a good deck in wild. I have greenskin and i'm not even playing it in my Kingsbane deck right now.
Think its a safe craft if you like the idea. I use mine to do the "play x amount rogue cards" quests and sometimes play it just for playing something different for a game or 2 and enjoy it.
First i had a great curve and got pretty much the best possible cards each turn except for turn 3 where it was HP hit face against a rogue. Killed him the turn after i played Barnabus the Stomper.
Second game was against an even lock, terrible draw, got all the big and recruit minions before i could finish the quest. Lost a Cursed Disciple to Gnomeferatu and Alexstrasza got transformed into some cheap demon, so i had to wait a long time to get the 5 high attack minions while holding several cards that could recruit cheap minions i didn't even have in my deck anymore. At the end, the only reduced minion was the Gloop Sprayer, but that then allowed me to copy the Charged Devilsaur and the remaining 8/5 Barnabus the Stomper to clear most of the warlocks board while keeping a bunch of high attack minions myself. At the end i just had to much value on board and he conceded.
Maybe the deck could use a Giant Anaconda as another 5 attack minion that could pull one of the expensive minions or even the Deathwing to prevent its battlecry from discarding your hand. Not sure if the deck needs all them recruit minions, especially when you end up finishing the quest a bit late. But as it is the deck already surprised me. Think the main benefit of the deck is nobody expecting to run into a quest druid.
I was very happy to be able to play the druid quest again after a long time.

At one point in a distand future they will be right tho.
Untill then it is merely a matter of stamina and repeating the doomsaying.
Its like the stock market analists who keep claiming a stock market crash will be imminent.

Blizzard didn't even activate drops for the rerun, so impossible to get packs unless i get up at 4AM!!!!
Aside from that, still a garbage format.

Sounds great, but did anybody bother to check the amount of lackeys a warlock can generate?
So far i've only seen 2 in the previous set and none in this expansion.
So for now a warlock would be able to summon at best 6 of them...
Not being able to use them lackeys untill you manage to play this card will likely lose you the game.
Unless more lackey generation is revealed, i don't see this card do anything but losing you games.

Feel free to send a job application to Blizzard if you truly think you can do a better job.

Priest vs Rogue.
Rogue plays his Myra's Unstable Element on turn 7 and concedes.
Thanks for the pack, will be back next week.

So you either pay $20 or 2800 gold to get it?

All decks are considered easy and braindead by the people who lose to it.

I decided to play some other anti big priest deck several weeks ago.
Didn't encounter even a single big priest for many games......
Guess i got tired of playing ranked so much i'm in a range where they don't exist.
