I feel like this version of murloc paladin should be getting more attention. Super fun to play, I especially like being able to pair a zero cost Corridor Creeper with either Bonemare or Dinosize.
I think so. You might consider adding a few more demons into the mix (like voidwalkers) just to get more value out of Bloodreaver when you eventually play him. If you've played a few demons and they've died, slamming Bloodreaver is really good for tempo, otherwise it feels like a dead turn.
Trying to help a friend who is new to the game fire up a priest deck with limited resources. He has all adventure cards though, so he's off to a good start.
First and foremost I think everyone would agree that you should stick to one deck in ladder play (assuming that the deck works in the current meta) for the entire month. The only deck I would say that qualifies based on the decks listed above is the dragon priest and that deck is probably tier 2 at best.
In my opinion, the most effective decks to ladder with at the moment are aggro/face shaman and pirate warrior - purely for how quickly the games end. Reno mage/Reno priest are also good but the games typically last longer than 25 mins and this is not ideal for climbing the ladder.
So if you like dragon priest, I would say stick to that and push with only that deck. If you only care about climbing the ladder and don't mind being part of the aggro meta that most people hate then I'd say run either Pirate Warrior or Aggro Shaman (with pirates). The biggest thing is really learning how to play a deck inside and out.
In some cases, pro players like Thijs will run Southsea Deckhand instead of Leeroy because its cheaper to combo Southsea Deckhand + Cold Blood + Cold Blood + Conceal, just make sure you're paying attention to your weapon charges and order of attacks when you only have one weapon charge left.
So, in my opinion if you're looking for the most flexible card for ALL of your decks, it's Bloodmage Thalnos every time.
The variant that I've seen contains Youthful Brewmaster, which allows you to keep re-summoning your C'Thun. This just gives you another "out" if you don't have Brann Bronzebeard in your hand but you have all the other pieces.
In my first go with this deck, I had all the combo pieces, a 13/13 C'Thun AND two Youthful Brewmasters.
I think the strength of this deck over the Malygos version of this OTK combo is that you can play it and theoretically win with it using regular C'Thun win conditions and you're not entirely dependent on drawing the combo (though it does pretty much require drawing C'Thun).
Fun deck that with some tinkering could probably be low to mid tier 2.
I see your point but it's also really easy to get a Deathwing from your Netherspite Historians, especially with Brann Bronzebeard in this deck but you're losing the flexibility of having the silence/the body of the five mana 5/5, which is pretty good for a priest minion.
Personally, I think I'd rather take my chances with the RNG on Netherspite Historian, hedged with the ability to use the silence.

I disagree. It's def not something you include two of but could be good as a one of finishing combo.

I just ran over a purify priest...

Is Twilight Geomancer a good sub for Injured Kvaldir?

Looks like this will perform well against other aggro matchups. I'll give it a whirl...

In general you will use Bloodmage Thalnos in more of your other decks, than you will Leeroy Jenkins.

I'm intrigued by buffed Angry Chickens. As a matter of fact that's how I found this deck, by searching for Paladin decks containing Angry Chicken.
I don't have half the new legendaries needed to run this deck, so I'm curious if you've had any luck with this buff combo?

I'm starting to agree with you here.
I really wish that if you silenced a Jade Golem, it reverted to a 1/1...no such luck

My concern is Jade Druid more than mirror matchups.
