I'm not usually one to complain but i'm extremely goddam salty right now i might as well be swimming in the ocean.
I've never gotten 12 arena win before and this time i was one win away from getting it. I had the board dominated, i hit into opponents ****ing shredder and a doom sayer pops out and wipes my *****ing board. I was close to chucking my laptop out of the window.
Feel like I'm stuck at rank 5 maybe I'm missing something..
As someone who made Legend playing strictly mid range paladin, your deck looks like its got the classic "can't drop on empty board syndrome". Paladin needs board control to win you have too many cards you can't play on turn 3, turn 4 or turn 5(imo the pivotal turns).
2x murloc knight, 1x silver hand regent, 2 x quartermaster, 1x sylvanas, 1x BGH, 1x Impaler can't be played on curve.
You need shit you can drop on an empty board and feel good about it. In other words you need 2X shredders. Take out Silver hand regent, take out Impaler.
Gormock The Impaler, I feel, is the must have neutral card. His effect is a great early removal tool for Paladins... and you also get his 4/4 body.
As far as class specific cards, it's definitely Mysterious Challenger. You are going to see A LOT of this card, and their is going to be a million threads made to show possible counters to the deck that this card is in.
two words : Kezan Mystic
Not good enough. That's like killing one head of a 4 headed Hydra.
3 words: big game hunter
on turn 6 he plays mysterious and gets 4 secrets= redemption/noble sac/avenge/competitive spirit
You ping him with your weapon/minion and noble sacrifice dies, gets revived and mysterious challenger becomes a BGH target. Now he only has competitive spirit left. Its not a threat. Play another BGH.
Oh so I only need board control and BGH in Hand to not loose immediately? What a relief. And if he plays the challenger on an empty board? Or has another token out? In other words, what to do if I don't happen to be in a perfect position already?
You dont have to be in perfect position. Just BGH and a pingable weapon/minion. Is that too much to ask?

In my dragon Deck, i play 2X Technician and 1X Nightbane.
Technician is good in any situation. Night bane is bad against Warrior,Druid, really bad against Hunter.

Silence is fine but owl needs a nerf.
2 mana 2/1 with silence is too good.
3 mana 2/1 with silence might be too harsh
2 mana 1/1 with silence is a good compromise

How did you play control warrior already without alex?
Get her asap.

I feel like anybody can get to rank 5 with a cheap face hunter deck.
Face hunter kills those annoying secret pallys. Those guys dont play any taunt or heal.

That is ridiculously over the top OP if you put it in freeze mage.
I have an idea for Paladin
1 mana Legendary
1/3
Treat this as a silverhand recruit
Can be played as 1 drop with 1/3 or played late game when hit by Quarter Master it becomes 3/5.
2
Yea lets introduce more power creep so we dont have to nerf that one card everybody complains about.

This is the most standard of all paladin mid range builds........

Dammit thats 13 months away!

My first month trying to F2P this game was a nightmare. Just a Harvest Golem gave me so much trouble. I dont know how new players manage now.
I guess i paid about 40 bucks to get myself started. If i had began playing the game since day 1, i wouln't have spent a penny.

Even with 3 cards, still missing potential 8 damage.
Though i think War Golem, 2 Wisps and Avenging Wrath is a suitable replacement for Boom.
2
Easiest most sensible nerf is change Boom to 7/5. Bots remain the same.
I would still play Boom. This give the opponent a chance to kill Boom without feeling like you absolutely NEED BGH.

At some point, they should give away the Naxxx expansion to new players as an incentive for them to catch up.

IF you play BGH you're ahead.
