I think that if they just increased the quest reward cost, at least for the more problematic and "win the game"-rewards such as Warlock and Mage, that would be enough.
If increased to 7, or even 8, it doesn't allow the player to do his shennanigans, finish the quest AND play the reward, which in turn allows for a counter to their reward, in the form of Mutanus.
I play Mutanus in my quest control warrior deck, and I save him just for the moment when they have the quest reward in hand. Against warlock it's quite hard to get off, because of the nature of Stealer of Souls, or whatever the card is named, but other classes? Mutanus actually gives me a chance to counter it, at least as long as they don't finish the quest and play the reward until turn 7, which some classes can.
Only unexperienced players complete the Quest without playing the reward instantly.

in rogue, it's great, otherwise, I feel like 3 attack from the beginning would have suited this card better.

I was just about to start writing a post regarding the lack of achievements in HS and some ideas for a system, but I thought to myself "let me look around first, maybe I'll find something well thought out and actually right for the game. You sir have presented just that, a great concept, straightforward, simple and easy to work with. I really think the game could use something like this, and as for the reward system, some of the achievements could have gold/dust based rewards, while others can have alternate artworks unlocked for them, much like what we have with heroes, but here the option to change the art for the cards would appear when right clicking on it from your collection, or at least that's how I would like to access such a feature. And why not ? they could even make a title system, something small and funny that would appear under your name while in a match, rewarded after completing a certain set of achievements, or something similar. I remember Noxious already toying around with different artwork concepts right after the first batch of new heroes came out, like Ragnaros getting shades and becoming Swagnaros, Fiery War Axe becomind Fiery Win Axe, and so on.
All in all, I like every aspect of our work so far, and I simply can't see how an achievement system wouldn't do anything BUT make the game even more popular.
If one of these ideas get enough attention, I don't see why the devs wouldn't consider making achievements a reality. :D

would have wanted to see him with 3/3 stats, at the very least, for the 4 mana cost...Toshley is a 6 mana 5/7, which is basically a 6 mana 6/6.
