Thank you so much, removing full screen and changing the resolution did the trick!  I never would have thought of that as an answer.

I have tried to import decks from hearthpawn and all it seems to do is find the first card on the list then abrublty stops.  According to the log and the display on inkeeper is states that the next card it is looking for is not found.  Those cards are in my inventory.  I have reinstalled inkeeper several times. I am using windows 7 but it is also happening on our windows 10 machine. 

Here is a copy of the logs, and I have attached screen shots showing that the cards do exist in my inventory.
