It's based on upvotes, for decks from the past 7 days. But it's 1 deck per class. There weren't many popular mage decks last week.

Hey Fierytear, that's actually an issue with our mobile layout. Normal users are supposed to have a dark-red/brownish name as they do on the desktop version. Definitely something on the very large list of things to improve on the website!

In the meantime though, at least i have an icon in front of my name..

Hi everyone! I'm sure you all have noticed we are missing a sheriff in town.. or at least a couple of deputies. Luckily this community is pretty damn awesome and things haven't gotten super out of hand yet, but we'd still like to recruit a couple of new moderators to keep an eye on stuff.

If you're an active HearthPwn user and like the color pink we'd be happy to have you join the team, and hopefully we'll be able to keep HearthPwn great together!

What do we expect from a moderator?

The main thing will be to enforce the site rules, but being a moderator can mean a lot more if you want to. We'd love to create a team of Hearthstone enthusiasts that want to help out with all sorts of things, including but not limited to:

• Looking out for interesting Hearthstone news
• Helping out during a new expansion reveal
• Adding tournament or pro player decklists to the site
• Updating e-sports scores and standings
• Talking with the HearthPwn staff and the rest of the moderators on Discord about ideas to improve the site
• ..And probably a bunch more stuff i can't think of right now

None if it is a requirement, but if you enjoy doing more than just keeping an eye on the forums that option is available!

What is a requirement though, is the intention to stick around for a while. We'd rather not replace the mods every few weeks. As far as activity goes, we obviously don't expect anyone to spend 12 hours each day on the website, but we do want people that are regularly active. Even if it's just an couple of times a day. Don't worry, we won't be counting, but we'll notice when you're never around.

Oh, we have also launched our own Discord server! We're planning for all HearthPwn mods to also be Discord mods.

If this sounds like something you'd love to do, fill out the form below and we'll bring a couple of mods onboard in the coming week. We don't have an exact number in mind, but we'll start with a small group and then we'll see where things go!

Fan Creations

We're also looking to bring aboard a new Fan Creations crew. HearthPwn has a long history of awesome card design competitions and ideas, and we know for a fact Blizzard has taken some inspiration once or twice. We'd love to keep that going. If you are an avid user of the Fan Creations section, have some great ideas for future competitions and love organizing things then get in touch!

Since we'll be starting things of fresh, it's a perfect time for some fresh ideas as well. As part of the new Fan Creations crew you'll be able to give our future competitions a new spin and make them your own.

Be aware that organizing these competitions and dealing with all it entails is no small task! It requires quite a lot of time investment, and really needs a few passionate users at the helm, who will have a lot of autonomy over this section of the site. Our selection will highly favor current Fan Creations veterans.

We're not in a super rush to start things right away, but we did want to start our search as soon as possible and get a team together. You'll have enough time to brainstorm some ideas together and start things off with a bang once ready.

More specifically, the original source of these icons is the talent calculator on the World of Warcraft site. I've been stealing using these icons for years, even here on Hearthpwn, more than two years ago. Scrolling down to Class Highlights you'll see them, in that case i made them white.

Ok, i just looked into it more and the reason is that your deck was originally created on June 6th (more than 7 days ago) while the Vargoth deck was created on June 9th. This table looks at decks created within the last 7 days, not when they were last updated. Otherwise people can just keep updating their deck and remain in the top decks forever. Sorry bud.

The list in this post does not update automatically or anything, i guess the Vargoth deck had more upvotes than your deck when i made it. Unfortunately the amount of upvotes is all it looks at to generate it currently, not views or comments.
