You just described every deck out there. Win % based on win condition...? Of course the win % is going to be based around what the entire deck is about, isn't that the point?
They're usually expecting a rude/immature comment but instead you can have a conversation with someone, as well as add someone to your ever growing friend list!
Those 2 cards are just overall mediocre and not amazing for Rogue. Mechanical Yeti is great for a spell-based mage for synergy with spare parts, but it is just a 4/5 with a mech tag here. Micro Machine is less versatile, only being used in some mech priest decks for the added survivability. 2x SI:7 Agents, however, are extremely good tempo cards in pretty much every rogue deck out there. It works nicely with all of the low drop mechs for the combo potential. It also means you don't have to waste tempo/board control trading with their low cost minions.
Hope you consider these changes, I love these mech decks but I see this way too often. People just try to stick bad/unfitting mechs into a mech deck, where it's actually better to replace them with good non mech minions.
PS: It doesn't have to be SI:7 Agents either, there's lots of other great cards to put in a deck like this, like Backstab or Cold Blood to control board or push for lethal. As i'm writing this I noticed there's literally no card draw in this deck. As a mech deck, you might find your hand get burnt really quickly, so Jeeves isn't out of the question either.
If he doesn't respond, it's probably fine to put another big card here. Maybe Venture Co. Mercenary or Druid of the Claw just to represent a threat with possible drawbacks, something like that.
Any replacement for Dr. Boom? Working on finding the dust to craft him, but until then, is there a decent budget pickup? I like the writeup for this deck, very in depth!
Awesome deck! I got 1x Shield Slam and 2x Big Game Hunter and I was wondering where you might put them in this deck. I understand this is kind of breaking the "budget" rules but I just got lucky and opened them from packs, and I'm sure others have too.
Is there anyone I can temporarily replace for Echo of Medivh? I understand it's a very important card in this kind of deck, but maybe something like Kel'Thuzad could replace it, having a similar effect?
I also think adding another Reincarnate would be great since it adds another trigger for our win condition. But as you said, most of the cards in this deck are valuable and it's hard to replace with.

With the inclusion of the Innkeeper utility, I am deleting my previous post as my collection is now public.

I think you could justify taking out a Mechanical Yeti and Micro Machine for 2x SI:7 Agent

Anything I can swap for Clockwork Giants? I have the opposite Mountain Giants, but I feel like that's a bad idea in an aggro deck.

There are 2 Fel Reaver's, what's a good sub for the other one if we already put another Sea Giant in?

This is the best deck idea ever! I wish I had more cards, I would play this to legend, no matter how long it took.

If I happened to already replace the Nerubian Egg's with Ancestral Spirit should I just cut one Ancestral Spirit for the Piloted Sky Golem?

Could I replace Bloodlust with Doomhammer?
