I dont even pay attention to these type of retarded posts I post what i used. Showing the deck is viable card choices i used. Different techs. Showing the deck is not dead in the meta. Good god u see Ostkakas rogue Ostkakas warrior not his only decks but they are posted for people to see the lists. They r pretty standard patron and oil rogue. Just ignore these kids.

20 or so free packs? Cool. I was pretty happy overall with the 60 that I opened.

Missed the post and opened my packs. From sixty packs I got 91/132 cards. Legendary cards: white eyes, Genzo, Kazakus, Aya Blackpaw, Mayor Noggenfogger. Seemed like a typical bulk pack purchase?

I've been playing the game since launch and I've only been motivated to get legend once due to the laddering from Rank 5 to Legend. It was a gigantic pain. I would like to see it where you don't lose ranks from 5 to L. Instead, maybe the system can change where you have to bank a certain number of wins to get into Legend Rank, say 50. Based on your record once you hit the 50th win, you get placed. So if I go 50w - 60L, I would be at the very bottom of legend. Or if I go 50w 10L that would be close to high legend. You still keep a competitive aspect of the game and you don't punish players for running into extreme cold streaks/bad RNG/top tier decks. It would also let people use different decks if they wanted, knowing they could mess around/experiment but not lose their progress towards legend.
For ranks 25-6 I would still keep it so people can lose ranks, but reward players for insane hot streaks. I think for every win you get after three in a row, you should get an extra star. So 4 wins in a row you get 3 stars, 5 wins a row you get 4 stars, 6 wins etc.
To keep people interested in ranked, I think blizzard should be specific regarding what awards you can win for the month. The only thing we know for sure is a card back for reaching 20. But if they listed what you could win for being a certain rank by season's end, that would be great also. E.g. reaching rank 5 you could get 50 dust, 300 gold, two card packs, and a golden murloc warleader or something.

Cool skin. The only downside is I have to play priest.
2
Wow. What are they thinking? Just take the class out of the game already.

Nice mid to late game draw mechanic. Cool beans. Also the art of this card is on point.

Midrange Paladin, Control Priest, Midrange Hunter, Tempo Mage, Mech Mage, Combo Druid, RenoLock, SteedLock, Handlock, any mid-range/control shaman, Secret Paladin are favored against control warrior.
Zoo I think is 50/50 vs CW.
Aggro decks can also overwhelm a control warrior if they have a terrible opening hand (no axes, armorsmiths, acolytes, and it will happen every so often).
Really the only auto win a CW has is against freeze mage.

This guy got legend rank 4 with Zoo and everyone is throwing shade. People should be looking at threads like this and think to themselves that maybe the deck that is posted, could work in the current meta for you, regardless of whether its an old deck like zoo, or something slightly new. You won't see many new deck archetypes pop up anymore due to the relatively small size of the card pool and how long the game has been out. The deck forum would have been dead a long time ago if the criteria to post called for a deck to be groundbreaking and completely original.

My most recent one was playing a board full of minions and then playing Elemental Destruction. Whoops.
My biggest one was when GvG released. I tried to play Dr. Boom on turn one. Apparently, Innervate, Innvervate, + coin on turn 1 = 6 mana only. Not 7.

In my experience with using Saraad since the new drop, he's had more utility than Mr. Jones. He gives you extra cards for heavy control matchups whereas Harrison makes you fatigue a turn sooner. People also kind of freak out when they see Saraad. He's been absorbing silences/removal/weapon charges that would normally get thrown at my Sludge Belchers/Sylvannas. It's great.
Some changes I've been experimenting with. I think it works right now, NA ladder.
-2 Shield Block In CW, for me at least, I haven't had much utility from Shield block in a long time. Having Deathlords has served me better to temper aggro. It also helps me fatigue my opponent faster in long, grindy, control matches.
+2 Deathlord
-1 Alexstrasza A second brawl has helped me against secret pally, dragon priests, patron, and CW (especially Varian wrynn variants)
+1 Brawl
-1 Emperor Thaurissan I've always found it awkward in CW. The discounts have never really opened up more plays nor possibilities. They just makes me feel mana inefficient, honestly. The dream, which I've gotten a few times, is having Emperor up while drawing spells with saraad then having them discounted.
+1 Deathwing Once all of my removal has been exhausted, this serves as my break glass in case of emergency. At least with this, it swings the board to you instead of the heal of Alex.
