I love this card, though it's a little situational...'IF' you can play this card on turn 5 while retaining some board presence or control it'll give you a huuuge boost, especially in tempo decks
Finally a great and competitive rogue deck! Thanks a lot ;) My only feedback so far is that for the late-game the curve is a bit in-effective sometimes. More often than not the board isn't empty and I have only 6+ mana cards which means i can play only one card per turn. Not sure if emperor might improve.
Sunwalker instead of Belcher is amazing against Priest, since it's immune to Pain and Shadow Madness!!
PS: i've removed Harrison and put one more sabotage in it. With 2 burgle, 1 sprint, Bloodmage and Fan i'm usually never out of cards.

mill rogue was never competitive...must it's just insanely satisfying when you mill someone to death in one turn :D
just milled a shaman since his tuskarr summoned 2 mana tides...D:D:
