I have been rank 1 with three stars 8 consecutive times only to lose again and again before reaching legend. Maybe its my poor gameplay, maybe its my luck, but fuck. How. why. I am so tired of going back and forth just to lose again and again please can I get sometimes lucky
completely agreed. with the amount of value taunt druid can already cheat out, having a card that doesnt even require a minion being played in the same turn is a horrible idea.
I personally don't feel that the game has really increased in the trend of needing an immediate answer or suffering a loss, we have had these situations since Vanilla in all honesty (e.g. Leaving Antonidas up back in the day uncontested was typically an insta loss, just how leaving something like Mana Wyrm, Auctioneer, Thaurisan, etc
as a real f2p I totally agree. I simply cannot afford to spend all my dust on an expensive control deck (like OP used) as the meta is always shifting/ things are getting nerfed. I can make it to rank 5 using decks that are more cheap than others, but still high level decks. These articles seem so strange, totally different from the f2p experience I have had making it to rank 5. I watch trump, dog, or savjz to better how I play, and Im always skeptical about what Im going to craft. These articles don't make it clear that as a f2p you should NOT make unfinished expensive decks, but cheaper more reliable options. I guess the author doesnt want players to play aggro/midrange?? but thats not even a problem as there ARE control decks that do not cost a lot of dust. I am currently using token druid as it is affordable, and also a strong deck atm. These articles do not encompass what the f2p experience is at all.
I've found myself winning almost every aggro/mid-range match up with this deck (as long as they don't have a seriously explosive start) but I struggle against Warlocks of course, priests, and every other control match up that can easily clear this deck out.
I play 15-20 and look at the amount of certain decks I fight. If I'm on a 5+ losing streak, or staying after the 20 games, I look at the decks I'm losing to and switch to a different more reliable deck for the current matchups for where I am in the ladder.
it all comes down to crafting. I made the mistake when I was a new player of crafting whatever cards I thought were cool/whatever my favorite streamer said would be good. I think this post should make it clear to new players that crafting and deckbuilding is key to victory.
my first time getting to the boss, she burned the restart card and I thought i had it in the bag. She then used the guy who gains 1/1 for each spell shes played so it was a 23/23 and there was absolutely no way for me to clear it and i got pummeled.
my 80+ monster kills have amounted to no clear for tess in monster hunt. any tips? ive tried jade (even though it seems i get that the least) and secret packages. what am i doing wrong? i have faced the final boss 8 times and even when burning his kingsbane, he has a large enough board to finish me off. maybe i just need to get lucky.

Why does even paladin decklists with call to arms still get high percentages for the daily winrates? how does this even happen?

pretty hated deck that avoided nerfs completely. what are you guesses on the fate of this archetype?

satirical sarcasm is much more effective when not making your point of view totally easy to see
