Well, OP thread is clearly not bright, but let me say a few things. I have more than 4k wins in ranked play, and i can confirm a certain pattern around RNG. Back in the day when secret paladin was good in Wild, i took it at rank 17 and got to rank 5 with 1 loss only, with normal RNG openings. The day after i log in and try to push it to legend, and went 0-5, with 5 times opening with Dr.Boom, MC and Tyrion in my hand, and after mulligan i got belchers and piloted shredder. I know it is possible statistically speaking, but after i get big win rates, i always draw the most expensive cost spells of my deck. This happens quite often, but this one time was the more abused and clear one.
Hi there, sorry to make another post about this, but i really need feedback, because i am getting different views about QUest Rogue deck. I´m not playing much since the release, but i opened all the cards needed to make quest rogue deck(Dog version). I´ve done about 20-30 games since the release, and my winrate is about 50%, playing between rank 12-11. I consider myself a good player, and won every single game in which i could activate the quest. I don´t waste combo parts, i.e. playing an cheap card without bounce, i know how to manage my removal efficiently. And i feel that the deck is not overpowered, and get stomped like any other combo deck. But all this forum whining is making me doubt myself. Did i hit a ladder wall, or am i right about the deck ? Can you give me more information about the success of the deck in higher ranks ?
Hearthstone is less and less competitive from time to time. Of course there is skill envolved, but the ladder for me feels like a pointless waste of time. Is like you say, it´s a gamble to see who curves better. Honestly, the most thrilling time for me in hearthstone was the considered "unhealthy" meta, when we got patron warrior and combo druid. Two broken decks, but with skill requirements to climb up. I don´t play ladder anymore, just doing my dailies to open packs every expansion.
patron warrior required skill to be played optimally, but combo druid?? turn 2, haunted creeper, turn 3 hero power or innervate out something big. turn 4, shredder or keeper, turn 5 azure drake or 4/6 taunt, turn 6, emperor, turn 7, either force/roar, boom, ancient of war/lore. it was pretty much curvestone with a 14 damage burst from hand. There was very little skill involved in that deck..
It was slow, and in that time there were faster decks. It may not seem like it, but you needed to know how to trade and o calculate lethal with possible draws. I regret not getting golden druid in those days.

They can´t release at the same time, but it make more sense to release on EU first. We should have the cards in the morning/afternoon, an US receive it 6h later. But no, there would be riots because Americans are mostly but-hurts. Once again, MOSTLY.

I don´t dust it, because i have a good collection which allows me to play wild. Butmy advice for someone new, is to dust them.

76 packs, 4 legendaries, a lot of golden cards. 1,5k dust in duplicates

That is why i don´t invest money, i only grind arenas, and rank 5.

It´s better to focus on arena for a while then.
