I think THIS version of him is fine to let go. But Blizzard can easily create another card with him much like they did with Elise, Deathwing and Hemet.
Seems a little too gimmicky to be a legendary effect.
Maybe you could create more of her with Baleful Banker, Zola the Gorgon etc. But why would you even do that..? Eventually you will draw her from your deck if she is the bottom card.
Requires you to draw/discover this before Tony Im thinking Arcane Dynamo, Primordial Glyph, possibly even Baleful Banker to put Tony back into the deck if you drew him first.

I'm hoping for a neutral legendary with the text of: Battlecry: Trigger a friendly character's battlecry. This would be a "smaller" version of Shudderwock, and has good synergy with hero-cards or really good legendaries (Galvadon, Priest Quest reward etc)
Another neutral legendary minion would be "Battlecry: Destroy and remove a minion and all copies of it from both hands and decks". This is possibly weak in constructed.
Im going to predict a minion or spell for druids, which will say something like "Trigger both Choose One effects this turn" or just the next card.
For mechanic, Im also thinking like "Put ... on top of your deck" or "you can also play the top card from your deck".
Im predicting "worse" hunter spells and pack-filler beasts to indirectly nerf Spell-hunter and Deathstalker Rexxar.
Also hoping for new hero-cards, Legendary Weapons, and quests.
Just played some games with this WITHOUT Kalimos. I played against a Taunt Druid whose 2 Tar Creepers were Hex'ed - after killing Hadronox, he resummoned Hadronox in a chance of 1/3... STILL won against him in fatigue. I think the game would have been safer for me, if I had waited with Hex until turn 9 or 10. Hagatha saved me with Healing Rain
The deck requires proper mulligans. I swapped Kalimos with Primordial to aim for a Wind Evocation-like effect. Certainly would have helped with Kalimos though in certain matchups!
Rin: when played and killed will give you seals and eventually give you a 10/10 minion which destroys your opponent's deck.
Glinda+Baleful Banker+Gnomeferatu: When you are at 10 mana, you play Glinda, then Banker on her, and then banker on the banker (Shuffling a Glinda and a Banker into your dekc). If Glinda sticks, you can now play 5 Gnomeferatus (provided there is space on the board). This is a backup-mill plan. It also fills your deck slowly in case you run out of cards.
I am currently playing my own version of Control Warlock. Currently on a winstreak from rank 20 to 13 without any losses. I played against Razakus Priest, Aggro Pally, Recruit Druid, Tempo Rogue (who btw was high rolling all over the place), Face Hunter, Minon-less Hunter, Jade Druid, Cubelock, Big Priest and Archivist Priest - no losses in any games yet.
I have made some minor tweaks between the games where I struggled and feel that I currently have it almost optimized for my playstyle. I have still to play against Quest Mage who I think will steamroll the deck, but aggro is keeping that in check I guess :D
YES! This card is definitely meta-defining. A non-RNG board clear! I wonder if Commanding Shout is necessary to keep your own board alive.
I think this will see play together with DMH. Possibly a new variant of DMH-Warrior: this card as boardclear, armor gain (Armorsmith), maybe Commanding Shout to keep your board alive and regain armor with Armorsmith or Bring it on. I am not a pro deck-builder, but I certainly see the potential of a CW/DMH-Warrior which could outlast Jadedruids and Machinegun Priest.

Drakkari Enchanter + this...
This also makes Mecha'thun Druid better together with Juicy Psychmelon to draw both.

There are a couple of classes that could possibly achieve something of a win-condition based around milling.
One that I have been tinkering with is Warlock using Baleful Banker, Glinda Crowskin, Gnomeferatu and Rin, the First Disciple.
Other stuff to put into this deck would be removal and healing. So Bloodreaver Gul'dan, Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, Hellfire, Twisting Nether, Voodoo Doll, Lord Godfrey, Defile, Dark Pact - possibly Siphon Soul etc. Voidlords would be good for stalling in combination with Possessed Lackey.

Possibly playable - not sure if it will be good enough for control.
Synergizes with Bolvar, Lights Sorrow, Blood Knight, Wickerflame etc. So definitely either Midrange or Tempo potential.

Why no Murmuring Elemental for the double Battlecry?
