8-3 with this deck. I'm never lucky with flappy bird, so replaced 1 Vicious Fledgeling with 1 Fan of Knives.

Since you havent got an answer yet, my take on this deck, but keep in mind, my highest rank was rank6 and only with old tempo rouge, only played a couple of games with this new list. Still, it can be a start:

Turn 2 keleseth + shadow step is great, but not necessary. I wouldnt hard hard hard mulligan for the prince, but also, only keep a few, great early cards. I usually won't shadow step him after turn 4, even if I have both cards in hand.

Turn 1 firefly, turn 2 flame elemental + cold blood on firefly is usually a strong start. I used to mulligen for this in old tempo rogue, still works.

Backstab is usually a good keep.

Keep elven minster if you have the coin.

I would always keep hench-clan thug if im going first.

Sonya + deckhend is great later in the game if you have enough mana to charge into some minions a lot of times.

If your Elven minster somehow survives a turn, you can get him back with Sona. 1 mana draw 2 minions from your deck is insane.

I kinda like Sonya'd Saronite Chaingang, but keep an eye on your hand, beacuse the enemy can overfill it if you have Sonya an a lot of 1-1s on the board.

I almost always keep a shadowstep for Leeroy Jenkins. 8 mana 12 damage is a great finisher in almost all rouge decks.

Shadowstepping Vilespine slayer can be great.

Always try to keep one cheap card to activate combos. You need a card that can be played before Vilespine slayer, so if it's somehow turn8 already, 3 mana cards work as well. I would recommend some kind of deck tracker, so you always know the highest cost combo card still in your deck. This knowledge can win you a few games, but not really necessary.

If you are new to this deck, pay attention to order when playing deckhand and attacking with dagger in the same turn.

Im not sure how much you should trade. I usually wont trade low attack high health minions if they dont have taunt or some other nasty effect and its not a prob-inner-fire-preist, but its up to you. It still seems to be a board controlly tempo deck, not a me-go-face type.

Played some games on noob ranks, went 6-0 with this deck. Sonya makes it really fun to play. Thanks to Elven minsterls, I always had enough cards in hand, not like old tempo rogue. If something needs to be replaced for tech cards, I would probably replace 1 argent squire. Hench-clan thug is suprisingly good, at least on lower ranks.

Just started playing again after 2-3 months, went from rank 23 to 13 (17-2), gonna continue tomorrow. I had to change 3 cards for budgeting reasons (Shaku, Valanar, 2nd unraveler, but I'm going to craft the latter). It's a very fun deck, I enjoy these games. Thanks for sharing!
