posted a message on The worst feeling (post your salt here)

My salt since I started this game:

    - Playing as and against Priests. Games are too darn long and stally.... Also Thoughtsteal shenanigans. When I farm for my gold portraits, I automatically concede against Priests by Turn 3 if they are playing control/heal spam games. :/

    - 5 or more Wisps or Angry Chicken with 20 Packs. I know these horrible cards are common as heck, but come on....

    - Taunt spammers. Most of the time they are just delaying the inevitable defeat hoping for a top deck miracle..... Kinda annoying.

    - Amazing responses to each card I play on the field especially when Mages do it. Frostbolting my 3 health guy, lowering my dude's health to 1 HP to be a perfect Fire Blast target, Flamestrike with a Spell Damage +1 creature on the field to completely eliminate my board, stuff like that.

Ragnaros the Firelord pretty much fit in any deck, so craft him FIRST if you don't have him yet!

Crafting anything else before Rag is a waste of time. Ragnaros can snatch victories because it can hit face even if your opponent puts up Taunt and can pretty much screw up an opponent if any of their fatties with less than 8 health gets taken down. And you know what's good about Rag killing other minions, he doesn't lose health when on the offensive because he attacks with an ability...... So he can literally stay on the field for a while unless they have a kill card like SW:D or willing to trade several minions.

Secret Mage deck is probably the best deck right now for Mages and definitely will be the best counter against the new upcoming meta filled with Handlocks, so yeah it's a good investment.

posted a message on Suggest a funny Hunter nerf

Steady Shot isn't all that bad so I dunno why people want it nerfed. I prefer Fire Blast even with 1 less damage because you can target ANYTHING, including your own minions to trigger Enrage or Deathrattle.

    Scavenging Hyena - 2 mana, 2/5. Whenever a beast dies, gain +2/-1.

Flare - 3 mana. Destroy all secrets including yours. Reveal all minions with stealth, Draw a card for each secret destroyed this way.

posted a message on New Mimiron's Head Summoning Animation BUG

I used Nozdormu on the lower ranks where most bots farm their golden portraits and it works. It's hilarious because bots usually take their turns much longer when there's plenty of stuff on the field. Nozdormu secures me the win when I have a crapload of minions on the field because the bots usually skipped their turn from "overthinking".

posted a message on Mage Arena Round Two

Spectral Knight and Faerie Dragons should definitely be auto picks. Whenever I get 3-4 of them, it's usually a 7 win run for me. Almost all the experienced Arena players or some players with a little familiarity of Arena pick mage whenever they get a chance to pick it, so the more anti-mage cards you have, the better off you'll be.

It's just a scrubby way of saying I'm an overconfident asshole.

or.. ya know, to let them know the match was well played/a good move was made

    *shrugs shoulders*

I've played over 4000 hearthstone ranked matches. The "well played" emote used before lethal mostly isn't used for that purpose. It's to rub off pride and dominance over the loser.

I've lost many huntard matches where I didn't even come close to denting 10 HP and I don't deserve a "well played" comment, but people still use it.

posted a message on Is really possible to get 6-7 wins every run?

You have no control which opponents you fight and what types of deck they get, so it's ABSOLUTELY impossible to win 7 every run. It's a constraint you cannot control, despite having amazing RNG in your drafts and card draw.

If you win more than 6-7, it's usually something you give yourself a pat on the back because a good portion of the arena players never reach that despite doing a dozen runs.

Yeah I usually don't give them the pleasure of landing the killing blow. It promotes more BMing if you let them. If you have less than 5 HP and there's no way to win no matter what card you draw, just concede.

Although I wish conceding was instant because being topdecked isn't fun, more annoying than getting BMed. lol

posted a message on Give me your best shot at making a deathrattle deck!

Crazed Alchemist (2/2 minion that has a battle cry of switching attack and health of a selected minion) is good for buffing up deathrattle minions and suiciding them and is pretty awesome at triggering eggs. One thing I noticed is most deathrattle minions have lower attack than their health, so switch that up wisely and you can get favorable trades easily. :)

I never use the Well Played emote. It's just a scrubby way of saying I'm an overconfident asshole.

I do spam Threaten emotes when I have lethal just to shut them all up.

Well since you asked about a deathrattling deck, I figured I'd share mine that I've been working on.

    Deathrattling Secrets Oh My!
Export to BBCode Export to Cockatrice Export to MarkDown Export to Html Clone this deck
    Minion (22) Ability (6) Weapon (2)
    Loading Collection

It's a fun little deck, combining secrets and deathrattling.  I may be the last person playing to get the message on Zombie Chow, though having him die with the Baron on the field is a disappointing turn around, he's still good.  There's a part of me that wants to eventually replace Ragnaros with Sylvanas Windrunner for more synergy, but he's just so good, and I don't have her, but she's what I'm saving for now.

I think Zombie Chow on deathrattle is still good, but I think Priest does it best. Auchenai + Chow can deal massive damage spikes, especially with Baron.

Hunter is OK for deathrattles but other classes do it better because they have several cards that they can use to dispose their own guys and still provide beneficial effects and provide absolute board control.

I think Defender of Argus is a staple card in any type of deathrattle deck and I considered putting it in my deck. Forcing your enemy to attack them and trigger the deathrattle ON THEIR TURN can be huge and get out of control if they don't silence it. If they don't attack/trade, it's usually a freebie turn of favorable trades or free damage for you also.

posted a message on Ehh? How is this possible?

I know it's in my deck but when I make a new deck, it won't let me add Loatheb because he doesn't show up on my card list despite me completing the entire Naxxramas.

Blizzard support told me this is a bug on their side and it should be fixed soon. (no date given)
