What's more, the RNG on murlocs is pretty good.Murloc Warleader, Old Murk-Eye, and Bluegill Warrior give this card good value, and you're likely happy with getting a Puddlestomper, Coldlight Seer, or Siltfin Spiritwalker. The card is good enough when it can't summon itself, but being able to spawn a second one from the first provides way too much advantage.
Now you got it! WIth League of Explores, Murloc Knight can summon two new useless murlocs. =/ -

Just played against this shaman who played Evolve on a board of two buffed Tunnel Troggs and a Totem. This resulted in a Darnassus Aspirant, a Doomsayer, and Lorewalker Cho. He instantly conceded.

Well, turns out my run went about average, 5 wins. Pyroblast helped me win like 3 of those games, and Millhouse only really backfired once.

A better comparison would be to Paladin's Humility or Repentance, both of which do similar things, but also cost 1 mana, even though they're arguably worse.
So yes, I think it should be 1-mana, but it's never going to happen.

Background:
These guys were NPC's in Blackrock Depths, and each one would be paired with a War Golem, which you could stop from activating by killing this guy. I wanted to reflect that in the card, so if you're able to kill her quickly, she won't do much, but if you can't, you'll soon have a bigger problem to deal with.
