So the full dust will appear once the patch is live? (currently they have normal values).

Did anyone else notice the unusual high number of legendary cards from the reward packs?
When this Brawl started i received back to back notifications of people opening classic set legendaries and my list is not that big, and i've not seen that in months, when i opened the pack - also got a legendary.

I actually think this data is way off (I assume the data was gathered from multiple users not account based - like most people use)
I'm saying this because I noticed a big change on my golden card drop rate recently - i get gold cards every 2 packs or so including gold legendaries from time to time (not very often), I assume that blizzard's pack generation system is smarter then fixed percentage drop rate - it looks at data per user and changes the drop rates dynamically (if user is spender/if user is a big spender/already has all the cards).
At the beginning of the game they actually give out more Legendaries (to awaken interest in high power cards/learn rarities)
At the beginning of you spending career - You spend, you get stuff
When you have all the cards (At this point to make money off packs, the end game becomes golden cards - for those who love to show off and collect everything/get all achievements)
A certain monetary threshold from that point you might as well be showered in golden rewards (endorphine rush) as you spend - it doesn't really matter what they give out as the game is not a TCG you cant affect the cards market values.
