    Quote from craptasm >>

Very interesting card. I like it and am running one in my Hunter deck now, but I tried two for a bit and found that too clunky. It's absolutely great to have a 4-drop that replaces itself in your hand with a Savannah Highmane with surprising regularity, but 3/3 for 4 are weak stats. If this card were even 3/4, then I might run two, but still decent as it is.

I don't think I've ever seen an Ironbeak Owl from it, though, which is weird. Maybe I just wasn't needing one the times I've used it. Great way to have a high likelihood of having a fatty to play on curve without having to actually put it in your deck.

Literaly have gotten the Owl five times in a row now. And I always chose it since it is so useful, and other options were just mediocre animals.

posted a message on Why do people complain about "netdecking?"

I am not raging. I dont insist that someone should or should not netdeck. I simply feel that those persons are missing on a big and fun part of the game. You can look at Hearthstone "from a competitive standpoint", but in the end its just a game, you should have fun. If you are making money off of it, then I could understand, but to rob myself of the experimental process in order to reach legend is something I personally dont understand. If I ever reach legend on a deck I designed great, if not great again, I had fun. I dont think I would really feel great if I was to reach legend using some deck that I just copied off of this site. I know it is not enough, that you have to perfect  and learn how to play it and that it also takes skill, but still it simply wouldnt have the same meaning. Like being a professional athlete. Would I use steroids in order to win. If I am playing in the NBA, NFL or somewhere else and making tons of money, I could understand using any means possible in order to win and get a bigger paycheck. But at an amateur competition, I have to ask myeslf am I here to win or test myself. The only thing is that I dont think netdeckers are cheaters, they are only aproaching the game from a standpoint that is robing them of a large part of the experience in order to win.

I have never netdecked. I really feel sad that so many people need to do that. Making your own deck is really not that complicated, and the process of tweaking, finding what works and not is most of the fun. When BRM came out, I immediately made a Patron Warrior deck since I thought it could work even when most reviewers were saying it was gonna be a useless card. Sure my deck was suboptimal at first, and I didnt anticipate the combo potential to its fullest. The other thing I did was to create my Dragon Paladin (although that was an anticipated idea by many), it was ok, nothing special, but then with the TGT I tweaked it and it is my favourite deck. Best success on ladder I had with Beast Druid. I have never played Combo Druid, Secret Paladin, Freeze, Tempo, Mech mage, or any type of Aggro. And I bet I have much more fun than anyone that netdecks. And if you say "why do you come to this site then", the answer is for the forum:)

posted a message on I need to craft a fun legendary

So I got to 1600 dust and I am thinking of crafting a legendary. I dont care about rank, I just wanna have fun (I regularly get to rank 10, but have never been over rank 9). I wanna know which legendary is the most fun (without being useless). I am conflicted between Sylvanas (I know she is a must, and I am leaning towards her, but I want a fun legendary, and I dont know if she is that), Harrison (with all the Warrior, Paladins lately it looks like a good idea, since I have started putting one Swamp Ooze since TGT), or specific legendaries from classes I play most Tyrion, Cenarius (maybe Aviana) or Gromash. Or maybe Chillmaw (I havent played against him and I dont know how good is he, and I made a DragonWarrior and DragonPaladin deck that I like). I make my own decks so any suggestion is good:)

So which one of these is the most fun to play. I have Boom, Ysera, Justicar, Sneeds, Ragnaros, Malygos, both good mage legendaries, Neptulon, Malorne, all BRM. And Bolf:)

posted a message on Beast Druid works

So I got bogged down in rank 11 for a LONG time with this deck so I tried to make it better. I took out Malorne and both Darnassus Aspirant for Dr Boom, Nefarian and Heaing touch. I noticed that if the game went long and both players got no hand and play card for card, I lacked a big guy to pull the tide in my favour. And I also lacked healing. And Dr Boom is just simply better than Malorne. And since the deck really has a nice curve Aspirant wasn't really necessary. So now I am rank 10 pushing for 9. This is my best rank ever by the way.

No, Malorne is not necessary, it is just fun to have him since he is a beast:) Realistically Dr. Boom would obviously be better. And I didn't pull Justicar, I crafted her, as all the other cards since I have been hoarding dust the last 2 months:)

posted a message on Beast Druid works

So I made a Beast Druid deck and am having great success so far. I played 4 games casual and won all 4. So I went to ladder and won 8 out of 10 and jumped from rank 13 to 11. The reason I am writing it here and not still playing is that HS kicked me out, so I am waiting to log in again:)

The link for my deck is:

    Beast Druid TGT rank 10
Export to BBCode Export to Cockatrice Export to MarkDown Export to Html Clone this deck
    Minion (19) Ability (11)
    Loading Collection

Justicar rocks, great in druid. Wildwalker is great (I was sceptical) since he helps Druid of the sabre and Panther to survive alot. Living roots is amazing. Playing it turn one into two 1/1 saplings against aggro Paladin is great. So that is it

posted a message on New Druid Card - Aviana

OP as hell!!! It should be at least 10 mana cost so you have to at least innervate to get it's effect.

The dream is: Turn 6 Emperor; Turn 8 Aviana, Followed by 2xInnervate and: Ragnaros; 2x Faceless into Ragnaros; Nefarian; Ysera; Cenarius.

And then Jaina pings you for the win since you were on your last health:)

posted a message on Kodorider prediction

I know that Grim can go in any class, but only Warrior can make it effective because of the self damage. Kodorider can be made effective with anything. And you dont need to kill off just the one since you can get on turns 6-8 depending on class and previous play two of them. And you have to kill them both. We will see. Grim can make more Patrons faster, but Kodo is more durable for spells. With Warsong together they are too strong. Warsong nerf might truly be coming.

posted a message on The Quality of revealed cards
    Quote from raikaria jump

Sky-Cap'n Kragg - Complete garbage outside of a Pirate deck. So what? There are tons of cards that suck outside of Murloc decks, and none complains. That is the whole idea.

Wilfred Fizzlebang - Garbage unless you happen to tap into Mal'Ganis or Jaraxxus; since his body is so bad and you are effectively paying 8 mana for that 'free' card. And if you get Dr Boom or Ragnaros for 0? It is not like Warlocks cant play other high cost minions. And it is so powerful that it is a Taunt creature basicly. So an 8 mana Ragnaros and Wilfred is a possibility. And you have to kill both in the same turn in order not to lose.

Justicar Trueheart - Varies on class; but generally considered pretty slow and unusable outside of control decks. Again so what. Why does every card have to be autoinclude in every deck. Ragnaros is basicly unusable outside control decks. Grim patron is basicly unusable outside Patron decks. Are they bad cards too?

Nexus-Champion Saraad - See Justicar Trueheart; also his body is a Yeti for 5; which isn't great. Yeti body with taunt, since I can ignore a Yeti, but I cant ignore Nexus.

Frost Giant - Lukewarm reception Good card.

    Coldarra Drake - Gimmicky So?

Kodorider - Won't be allowed to live. 2 3/5's for 8 with no text is subpar. You can get 2 Burly Troggs for 8. You get two Burly troggs for two cards, and you get two Kodoriders for one. And if you dont kill them you are facing four Kodoriders the next turn, which is not the case with troggs. Aweful comparison.

Poisoned Blade - Generally seen as garbage Garbage i agree

Lock and Load - Variable receptions. Hunter dosen't tend to play tons and tons of spells; and for every Highmane there's a Bestial Wrath. Complicated, he meta will tell. Might be great, might be trash.

Garrison Commander - His body is far too small to live past the turn he is played; so he's basically a 6 mana play thus far too slow. Again it is a Taunt creature because the effect is very strong.

Ball of Spiders - The new Cobra Shot Meta will tell, but I think better than many anticipate.

Thunder Bluff Valiant - Alright Ok

Draenai Totemcarver - Frostwolf Warlord for 1 less but only works on Totems; which generally on their own apply no pressure. And Frostwolf Warlord isn't played either. Ok

Effigy - Moderate reception Considered one of the strongest cards so far shown and extremely strong.

King's Defender - Generally seen as a worse FWA. Good Arena card, bad for constructed, nothing wrong with that.

Fallen Hero - See Garrison Commander Again, think i terms of basicly taunt like effect

North Sea Kraken - Garbage Very solid cheap card for new players.

Maiden of the Lake - Seen as pretty decent Ok

Tournament Medic - Seen as pretty bad Ok

Sacred Warrior - Average to awesome I think this card is too strong, even OP. Obviously you only want those types of cards.

Tuskkar Totemic - Very RNG; could be good or bad. Very good card, especially with all the Totem sinergies.

Silver Hand Regent - Generally seen as somewhat bad; except in Pally who can buff his dudes. Ok

Totem Golem - Good reception Ok

Lowly Squire - Awful Bellow average

    Coliseum Manage - Trash Probably

Horrible analysis. Very solid and promising start with a lot to look for.

posted a message on Kodorider prediction

Kodorider has a big chance to become the Grim Patron of this expansion, but available for all classes (not just Warrior). So this card played on turn 8 (7 with Emperor, or possibly even 6 for Druid with innervate) has such a snowballing effect, paralleled only by Grim Patron. With Garrison commander it can be 4 Kodo riders on a turn.

The biggest fear is that due to the fact that with the three attack it can also be charged with Warsong, so Grim Patron has a chance to be Grim/Kodo Warrior. So you can have two combos waiting to happen, and which ever comes first. If the Grim patron attack fails, just switch to Kodo rider attack. It will be extremely demoralizing.

Very underrated card in all the discussions and i think with the greatest potential to be a real game changer.

posted a message on New Card - Savage Combatant

I am one of the few people that run a BeastDruid deck that I made by myself. And I love it. I hate people complaining about BGH targets. One of the great things about Druid of the Fang is that I have two minions worth 5 that might be BGHed. And I wellcome it since it makes my Ragnaros, Malorne, MechBearCat or Dr Boom less likely. So I run 7 BGH targets,of which one might be, two at the most BGHed. But the guy still has to think about the other 5-6 big targets, together with the two Ancients of War (that I rarely make 10-5s, but still). Just push with your big minions, your Innervate, Emperor, and it is awesome. It destroys Control and Patron Warriors, Mages, Priests. It has some problems with Face Hunters, but is still playable with Healing touch, Keeper of he Grove, Druid of the Claw, Druid of the Flame, Swipe and Wrath.

The problem as someone stated is that you dont have a 4 drop curve to use with beast synergy. I would sometimes in matches that start slow play Druid of the Flame on turn 4 just to enhance the possibility for it to survive. This is an ideal card for this and the Inspire effect is great. Two of these together with Justice Truehart are going into my deck first thing!

posted a message on Meta pushing face hunter out?

I have had MUCH more success against Face hunters since BRM. I play druid and mage. In druid Druid of the Flame really helps fight off early aggresion before I can put the big taunt minions on, something druids didnt have before (and is much more usefull than many neutral cards since against Warrior or Priest I can make him into a 5/2 attack beast that requires them to react). With mage it is even beter since Flamewaker is an aggro destroyer. Facehunters either have to attack him and ignore the face one turn and sacrifice their minions which is too much for them and I win because of that, or they ignore him and I put on a barrage that annihilates them. Also in any dragon deck Blackwing Technician is also a very useful anti aggro card. So yeah, BRM really helped me, and I must admit that I am now always looking formward whenever I face Facehunters since I think my win rate is in the last couple of weeks close to 80% against them. And I also think I am running into them much more rarely then before the last couple of days (small sample so might be a coincidance). On the other hand I have a 10% win rate against Grim Patron so I am close to forefeiting at the very start of against warriors since I rarely ever run into control warriors any more (against whome I do farely well).
