Cheap Shot is a rogue ability in WoW, so I'm going to be very surprised if it's a hunter spell here. Not a chance on Azeroth that a generic name like Blackwald Pixie is a legendary. And I'm extremely curious how you can guess that a Gargoyle would be a "building"-like card but not Gun Turret...
Yogg-Saron, Hope's End is the stupidest card anybody could ever come up with. In fact, it may well be the stupidest anything anybody could ever come up with. This card deserves a Darwin award, not least of all because it consistently kills itself. They should shorten the card's text to read "Battlecry: kill all minions including this one, and waste 2 minutes of your life". The card needs to come with a fruit basket to send your neighbours as an apology for the screams of madness coming out of your apartment in the middle of the night as it stacks up 4 random buffs on itself, discovers Sylvanas, discards your hand, and then Mulches itself, giving your opponent a free Deathwing.
...
Sorry, I needed to get that out. I'd dust the damned thing, but I can hear it at night, calling out my name, tempting me to play, mocking me for having only 26 spells in my deck. I think they captured the madness aspect of it pretty accurately, after all. I'm going to get back to playing my Yogg Druid deck now.
After playing around with this for a bit, I conclude that it's the worst card since Millhouse Manastorm.
When it's done causing a minor amount of chaos and being randomly funny, you realize you've just spent 10 mana for a 7/5. Except when it mulches itself, in which case you've just spent 10 mana to give your opponent a Tirion, because of course.
I don't think any amount of stats would make anybody play a 10 mana vanilla minion. At that kind of cost, a card must have immediate value, and even at 30/30, your opponent now has a turn with 10 mana to play something that will prevent you from getting value out of the minion you just spent an entire turn on.

A free 3/3 on the turn after you play a minion with lifesteal seems pretty good.

Murloc paladin is the best deck I've managed to build so far :P

0/10, would not recommend.

I'm just going to take the sentence "This card is like combining a banana and raven idol" and use it out of context, if that's alright with you.

A flying cat ON FIRE.

Oh my, a Lovecraft reference in Hearthstone? In an expansion called Whispers of the Old Gods? How shocking.

That's... really really specific.
Siphon Soul, Dark Bargain, Bane of Doom...? Shadowflame maybe? This thing has extremely limited potential value...

Gazlowe oh god why...

Meh, netdecking. Deckbuilding is 50% of the game, I may as well let somebody else play for me.

How about spells that apply persistent effects to the game, for both players, for X turns? Completely random examples that may or may not be fun:
- Whenever a character is dealt damage, reduce the amount of damage by 1
- Whenever a minion dies, its controller gets a Coin
- Whenever you play a minion, you may pay 3 mana to give it a random bonus (say, charge or divine shield or +2/+2)
