Just to water down the endless stream of rogue decks that will inevitably rain down during the first days of opie-rogue meta, my token druid. Blessing of the Ancients works, it's relatively easy to have 4 minions on the board for it to be good tempo. Eccentric Scribe also helps with that. At least one Roar is prerequisite for a good token deck though, my two other druid decks were similar but didn't have Savage Roar and went 6 and 8 due to lack of closing push.
Mind breaker is great against a priest for an aggro deck, the card basically did 4-8 additional damage to every priest this run by denying spending leftover mana on healing face.
Suprisingly many opponents didn't have an answer for a 8/2 tiger after having spent boardclears during the previous turns. Only managed to pull Level up!/Jailor combo once, but it saved me against a 10-2 rogue.
I really like Wandering Monster in Arena, it often trades and gives you some sort of body on the board if you play it turn 2 or even 3. More than once I've managed to coin it out when my opponent has played a 1-drop which is a huge tempo boost.
Lost a game on the spot going second against a pally when I got Sewer Crawler as a random 3-drop. Don't know the actual average att/def for 3 mana drops though, off the top I'd say about 2.5/2.7. I think in most cases (except for preventing lethal dmg by a single minion) good old Bear Trap would have performed better.
Heartharena gives Dragonhatcher about 20 points, but in combination with Sleepy Dragon, Primordial Drake and Void Ripper it has proved its ability to be MVP. This little 9 mana 2/4 saved 2 games where I needed to put a big taunt in the way (against Hunters, naturally) and allowed to burst down (with Void Ripper) another 3 opponents.
1 game at 10:2 against endless removal priest was carried by Grimestreet Informant by a clutch DK discovery, had to go below 0 hp hitting with the Grave Vengeance, but ultimately priest ran out of Screams and was brought down by the 4 Horsemen.
Why do you guys keep proposing that this card is insane in mill? I bet, candles don't go off when you burn them instead of drawing. Chances are, you will burn more of the opponent's candles than you'll draw for him.
It's fine in slowing down some of the combo decks, but that's about it.
This card should radically improve Dragon priest's matchups against other tempo decks, esp. rogue. Vilespine Slayer is overall stronger of a card, but this card+pain is still a great answer for Cobalt Scalebane.
On a side note, was this expansion completely designed by Kibler? Welcome to the Dragon army, I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
And how does one [card]Fandral Staghelm[/card] exactly affects the boardstate after your opponent kills your [card]Grizzled Guardian[/card] on his turn?
card seems good, especialy versus classes without strong aoe, such as hunter and rogue. Vs priest and warrior seems like whatever minion to throw out.
I don't think 5/5 non-taunt bodies, whatever the count, would be very useful against either Hunter or Rogue on turn 9. If anything, they will provide a nice Unleash the Hounds finisher.
Since it doesn't say "empty" mana crystals, I suppose it does indeed refresh. Which means that if the meta is even slower, you can do 30 mana turns with Kun into Y'shaarj into Infestation for example. Doesn't seem realistic as of now, tho.

12 with a warrior! Now that's very commendable. Keep it up!

It is not literally a CCG. All your cards belongs to Blizz.

Another 12 win Paladin, an aggro one at that! ;)
Call to Arms is an absolute MVP.

Synergy between Vinecleaver and Crystal Lions is great, as expected.
Void Ripper is a thinking man's best friend, truly amazing card, allows you to achieve favorable trades on almost any board.

Guys, could you please stop? I don't think the promotion even works in StanCifka's favour anymore.

This analysis is very complex, but for a specific kind of people.

2
It is exactly that. Otherwise the strongest minion for the Grizzled Guardian to recruit would be Tar Creepers
