posted a message on Online coding course?

I did an HTML course with code academy.  I liked it.  I was just taking it for fun.  I would say that its better to have a specific project or thing to work on in order to learn how to code.  Its one thing to take a course, but its another to actually build a website or create a program.  Plus, if you are looking to get hired for coding skills I think actually creating something awesome from your code is even more valuable than having a degree in computer science or programming.  In fact showing that you can learning something new and create something from it shows that you are a super valuable person to a company.

Aside from that I also think that coding is the future, I mean even if you don't use it directly, computers are everywhere.  Coding is the language of computers so having some knowledge in it is going to be key.  I'm a chemist by training but I want to spend more time learning coding just because its so important today and in the future.  Luckily you can learn to code virtually for free, while chemistry actually requires schooling and stuff like that.

posted a message on how to beat mage freeze

Do you run healing in your deck?  If you know its freeze mage you want to rush your opponent down but don't overcommit the board in case they flamestrike turn 7.  You know they will Alex you and then burst you down, so keep your healing until then run Alex.  I don't know enough about mid paladin decks to be more helpful than that.  I feel like if you know what type of deck you can anticipate what they are going to do and counter it.  eh thats my two cents

posted a message on New to Hearthstone... Any deck suggestions

If you started playing a few days ago, I would just suggest you keep playing ranked/casual and arena to beat quests, get gold and get cards.  I feel like you haven't gotten enough card packs to justify crafting cards.  I also wouldn't disenchant cards yet as your pool of cards just can't be that high.  Especially if you aren't spending money on packs.
